Personal amable, el hotel está en una excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas.

Excelente ubicación acceso a todo autobús. Tren. Restaurantes, etc. Gran servicio y el personal super amable y muy servicial. Las habitaciones son súper bonitas. Moderno y muy limpio.

Excelente ubicación, a poca distancia de muchas atracciones, incluida la Plaza de Mayor. Desafortunadamente, todo su sistema operativo no funcionaba al llegar y no pude registrarme temprano ni obtener una actualización para mi estado HH Gold. La habitación era bonita y grande en comparación con las habitaciones de hotel europeas. El personal fue muy amable y cortés. El servicio de habitaciones fue rápido.

Hermosas habitaciones, un servicio excepcional y un desayuno increíble, hicieron de este el lugar ideal en Madrid. A poca distancia de la Gran Vía, la Plaza Sol y justo enfrente del Parque del Retiro.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en Madrid Hilton. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, el personal fue muy servicial y proporcionó mejoras de habitación según disponibilidad. Incluso me ayudaron a encontrar la alianza perdida y enviarla a Barcelona. También se encuentra cerca de la mayoría de los lugares turísticos.

Estuvimos del 4 al 5 de febrero y el teléfono de las habitaciones no funcionaba (no nos informaron) y para pedir comida (room service), teníamos que ir nosotros al bar porque aunque llamaras a recepción con el móvil no te podían coger la comanda. El Spa estaba abierto pero con agua a temperatura ambiente (fría) y el baño turco sin funcionar. La habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba la calefacción (22) y tuvimos que ir dos veces para que nos hicieran caso. Se disculparon y nos cambiaron de habitación. La habitación es muy bonita pero los servicios no son dignos de un Hilton. Cuando nos íbamos, el domingo, había un hombre quejándose de que su familiar se había roto el labio con uno de sus vasos y otra persona se tuvo que también desplazar hasta recepción para pedir ayuda sobre un candado que no llegaban a hacer funcionar al no funcionar los teléfonos. Tener que desplazarnos (la habitación no estaba cerca de recepción) para pedir comida, por el tema de la calefacción y encima la piscina fría, sin climatizar, no es digno de un RESORT de Hilton, aunque sea temporada baja. Otra cosa, el técnico nos hablaba un un inglés, a pesar de que le dijimos que nos hablara en español. Siguió en inglés porque nos dijo que quería practicar. Si el cliente le pide que le hable en castellano, creo que lo correcto es cambiar al castellano si se lo piden y no proseguir con el inglés, porque esto es MURCIA.

Worst stay ever, in-room phones not working so no room-service, for any food order, you need to go yourself to the Bar and then they bring it to you room. For any issue with the room, you need to go yourself to reception as calling with mobile, hotel number was busy. We had an issue with teh heating and after two attempts, to times going to reception, our room was changed. Also Spa was not heated but open. It was also been repaired. No room service, no real Spa (as cold), change of room, worst stay ever even if it is Feb.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip, and it was a great experience. The staff were amazing and helpful and very accommodating to travelers who only know a little Spanish.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are a nice size with a good workspace. The gym has a nice selection of equipment. The location is in easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, attractions, and parks. The next time I travel to Madrid, I will absolutely stay here again.

My partner and I spent a lovely few nights in this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the welcome cookie when we arrived at midnight was a great touch. The facilities were fantastic and my partner certainly enjoyed the complimentary marshmallows that were next to the elevator. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Taverna-type Restaurants are near and big named stores too!

But no American coffee in rooms? Why?

Good location and close to Puerta Del Sol minures walking.
Good room with views and comfy bed.
Great breakfast and wonderful and helpful staff.

The reason to stay here is that its less than a 15 minute walk to everything you need to see in Madrid.
The staff was terrific, the rooms are typically European size including my "Executive" upgrade, breakfast is a bit subpar for Hilton but otherwise typical of the brand.
Do not under any circumstances think of driving your car to this location.

Booked a few days for a family vacation. Rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff all spoke English and were very accommodating to a first time Spain traveler. Location was ideal. Lots of good restaurants, bars and parks within a few blocks.

Super clean! Seriously, one of the best hotel we had in Spain for our 2 week vacation. VERY good condition. Speaker in the bathroom, quiet but efficient AC, nice breakfast, AWESOME front desk employees, very close to a public parking (with ability to park in front of the hotel to unload/reload), very well located between the Prado Museum and Puerta del Sol, etc. I will definitely go back to Madrid and I will definitely stay at this exact same hotel!

Just spend 4 days here, perfect location. Great rooms and A/C. The standout feature however is their team is one of the best customer care teams ever. I say that as heavily traveled business person. Highly recommend this hotel.
