DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid - Prado

Super lovely hotel, with very kind and professional staff. Rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The location couldn’t be better either.

The hotel is located centrally and close to major tourist attractions. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly. I enjoyed the ambiance, the restaurant, and the cozy room. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Madrid.

Para ser el hotel que es, el restaurante japones le falta mucho para ser auténtico. Sería importante que los camareros olieran bien. Es muy desagradable que te sirva un camarero que huele que apesta a tabaco cada vez que te trae algo. Además les vendría bien en el restaurante japo ser más cercanos y humildes. La experiencia nada agradable. Una pena.

This is an absolutely excellent hotel. The location was fantastic. Close to a lot of restaurants nearby and a few blocks from the main landmarks. The employees provided outstanding service. I emailed the hotel ahead of time letting them know I was arriving early and my room was ready when I arrived.
The rooms are spacious, super clean, with a very modern bathroom. I had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs each morning, the service was exceptional. The breakfast selection was great and a lot to choose from. Good quality food. They even served churros! I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid.

The restaurant is really good for your evening meal, not so expensive, but really good and very well executed!
Breakfast is not the greatest for a Hilton, but you won't miss anything you're used to, and the place is nice

One of the best Hilton’s I’ve stayed in, great service, very clean and a fantastic location. The rooms were lovely and the decor felt fitting and clean. The breakfast was nice and Antonio on the front desk went out of his way to find us a taxi when none were about, would highly recommend.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Europe period, including France and Italy. The room was very modern and clean. The smell of the hotel was also very fresh. They also had a nice bar for late drinks.

Hotel con posizione centrale, senso di pulizia come in tutti gli Hilton, con personale gentile e disponibile.
Solo un giorno, non mi hanno pulito la camera ma mi hanno subito fornito asciugamani e bagnoschiuma quando gliel’ho fatto notare.
Una nota particolare per Cristina in reception, gentile e sempre con il sorriso, pronta ad aiutarti.
Prossima volta, tornerò sicuramente qui.

Very lovely hotel with an excellent location. Located near major attractions such as the Prado museum and a good 10 minute walk to Sol. It was a relatively small hotel but wonderful interior design and very clean rooms. The staff were very courteous and helpful with any queries.

Overall I don't want to go there again. The hotel staff did not provide sufficient explanation to the customer regarding the use of the Honor membership benefit, resulting in a very inconvenient result. Dining was also very mediocre food and service.

Great location; close enough to walk to the busy areas, but far enough away to have some quiet at night. Excellent customer service.

I had a great visit to Madrid in March, thanks in part to this excellent hotel. A friendly check-in and helpful staff throughout my stay. A warmhearted group of folks staffing the breakfast area, including a gentleman who remembered my favourite drink every morning. The hotel is in an excellent location with many fantastic restaurants very close by - and lots to see and do a short walk away. I always wish the fitness area was a bit bigger in small hotels, with a few more pieces of equipment, but I know there's not much space to spare in the building. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The doubletree by Hilton was exceptional, so happy we stayed here! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean and the location was perfectly in the centre - we did not need to catch a metro - everything was walking distance. The staff were so wonderful to us, very helpful, they all knew how to speak in english and service was with a smile at all times. The hotel itself is beautifully finished. A special thanks goes to louis, lupu, monica and christina who were super helpful during our 5 day stay! Will definitely be back:)

Todo perfecto. Nada más llegar la recepcionista Mónica Muñoz nos atendió con una amabilidad, atención y profesionalidad increíble. El hotel es muy silencioso y cómodo. Ubicación inigualable frente a las Cortes de Madrid. Si la recepcionista Mónica Muñoz sigue allí seguro repetiremos.

Buen sitio para descansar muy buen trato, tanto recepción, como jefe de sala, y que decir de la housekeeping la conocí personalmente y me pareció una mujer encantadora y bueno de su director Chris vende bien su trabajo.le doy un 10 en limpieza y en todo general.
