Hard Rock Hotel Madrid

This place is strange. Good mixed with bad. Great smelling lobby, decor is amazing. Drinks are expensive for Madrid and the service is mediocre. The breakfast is poor. Cold and hard bacon, limited choice. In a city where people come out to eat and socialize late at night, closing your bar at 23.30 is not serving your customers adequately.

But my biggest gripe is the large sink in the room and the lack of privacy when stepping out of the shower, and basically onto the bed. The room is too centered around the TV and music theme, meaning there is a lot of space wasted which could be used to reconfigure the bathroom.

Bed is very comfortable but please sort out bathrooms and open the bar for longer, and don't force customers into their rooms so early, we have had enough of being cooped up during covid!
