28Terrible hotel. Es muy antiguo. Mi habitación era además de ruidosa, muy incómoda, el colchón no me dejó dormir.además el wifi no tenia potencia. Y el barrio donde está alejado del centro. No lo recomiendo.
Clean Hotel and friendly staff. They even were so attentive and brought my phonecharger which I left in the hotel room to my baggage.
The room was great, maybe my expectations were low but it was clean, everything works - kettle, safe, air-conditioning, TV. What more do you want from a room? The hotel was next to the Metro. Literally. We found a Carrefour nearby and a fabulous place for breakfast, it serves churras with proper chocolate - €5 for 2 person. The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful.
Very poor experience! Smelly hotel, very dated, WiFi did not work at all! Very noisy from the street and also within the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who wants a good night sleep. I even saw the staff destroying the sleeping post of a homeless person! Very poor. Very poor indeed. Madrid’s worst hotel by far.
Buena ubicación.metro en la puerta a pocas paradas en linea directa con Gran Vía, Checa, Callao.

No hay aparcamiento alrededor gratuito por lo que tienes que ir a morir pagando su parquin a 20€/día. La cama muy grande y cómodos con 2 almohadas para elegir blanda o dura. Un poco ruidoso. Se esuchaban los vecinos de alado y el correr de maletas y conversaciones. Baño antiguo pero cumple su función. Mucho calor en hotel y habitación, la calefacción estaba muy alta. En general bien.

In principle the hotel has all it needs from an amenities perspective. But it’s very old and could use a renovation. In addition to that you can hear literally everything from the room next to you. The staff is nice, friendly and very helpful.
