35Wonderfully attentive staff who know your name (and greeted our dog by name when we arrived!). Great location and nice lounge and lobby. Rooms on the smaller side, but this is Madrid. My only complaint was the linen perfume they sprayed on the bedsheets, which was very strong and chemically and could have been totally omitted for a more neutral stay. We stayed here twice in December and this will be our go-to hotel for all future Madrid visits! Will simply ask for no perfume in the future.

Todo bien, hotel moderno y en perfecto estado, buen servicio y la habitación muy agradable. Como únicos "peros" diría que; Netflix debería de estar incluido en el servicio y no depender de cuenta de cliente. La habitación estaba un poco sucia. La domótica no es friendly y su objetivo es que sea eficiente pero no compleja
It was a real pleasure staying here. The room was great, nice and very comfortable bed and pillows, for those who enjoy a good bath, the shower was an absolute posivite experience, rain type with strong pressure. In general the overall service an attention was excellent! Heard they are opening a roof top any time this week.

Really pleased that we chose this hotel for our 4 night stay in Madrid. It's only a 20 minute (30 euro) ride from the airport and in a very affluent part of town with excellent restaurants and shops all around.
It's a new, boutique hotel furnished in an art deco style with a nod to Rennie Mackintosh - very nice. The rooms (only 40 or so) are modern, clean and quiet, so couldn't be faulted.
The breakfasts were great and the food just kept on coming! There's also a nice 'VIP' guest area to come back to at the end of the day for free coffee and cake too!
Reception was never busy and they were really helpful in helping us get around, recommend places to eat, print tickets, etc. It makes such a refreshing change to find that. Thank you!

Hotel nuevo de lujo en el barrio de Salamanca. Habitaciones completas con todo lujo de detalles para hacerte sentir como en casa. Baño con todo lo que puedas necesitar, y un montón de detalles de bienvenida. Camas grandes, ducha de lluvia, smart TV, e incluso un tour por una habitación para explicarte cómo funciona todo. Y el personal, por supuesto, cordial y simpático. Simplemente genial!
