Hotel Regina Madrid

Great service from staff. We arrived and were told we were staying in room 315. The toilet was broken and so we were quickly moved to room 401. Both rooms were lovely. Large beds and big bathroom. I especially loved the rain shower head.

Coffee machine and kettle in room.

Ironing service available.

There is ALOT of construction work happening around the hotel (August 2018) and doesn't seem like it will be finishing anytime soon. We received a 50% discount when we booked and can only assume it was because of the works. You can't hear the works too much in your room but it is a dusty noisy mess on the street and abit tricky to get around.

Cocktails in the bar were great and they even made off the menu cocktails.

Camere sempre pulite a dovere e staff molto professionale! La location è moderna ed è situato a due passi dalla puerta del sol.
La colazione offerta è ottima. Consiglio l'hotel senza alcun dubbio e se tornerò a Madrid, sicuramente soggiorneró nuovamente lì!
