Madrid Marriott Auditorium

United nos alojó en este hotel. El personal fue fantástico. Se aseguraron de que todos almorzaran mientras nos registraban rápidamente. La cena fue agradable. El personal fue útil para contactar a United.no tengo la aplicación El transporte de regreso al aeropuerto fue muy cortés y rápido. La habitación era hermosa. La cama era muy cómoda. Me encantó mi estancia.

La mejor ubicación, el personal muy servicial, todas las personas son increíblemente serviciales, generosas con su tiempo y consejos.

Bueno en absoluto excelente servicio y agradable visita todo el tiempo digno del dinero que apoyamos

Estuve viernes y sábado por un evento y la calidad es brillante tanto el hotel como el personal, una maravilla

Este hotel es muy hermoso y la higiene y los servicios fueron muy buenos, el personal fue muy bueno, valió la pena dejarlo y la habitación era muy buena y espaciosa.

El hotel espectacular. Pero no tiene sentido que no te puedas tomar un café en el hall hasta las 11am

Desafortunadamente, no tomé ninguna foto sin nuestros rostros, así que no pude compartir mucho. Nos alojamos allí dos veces en 3 habitaciones diferentes. Nos ascendieron a una suite y fue una buena experiencia en general para lo que ofrece el hotel. El salón también está abierto todo el tiempo y siempre tiene comida y bebidas, lo cual también es genial. No probamos el servicio de habitaciones ni ninguna de las instalaciones, pero el aparcamiento es gratuito para los huéspedes.

Servicio de transfer pésimo. Nada puntual y cuando llega no para. Nada recomendable. Cualquier otro hotel presta mejor servicio. Relación calidad-precio muy baja.

Un hotel muy grande y bien distribuido muy cerca del aeropuerto de Madrid.

No puedo ver ningún hotel de aeropuerto mejor que este lugar.

Stayed here one night before flying out of the Madrid airport and it was nice and welcoming. It is a bigger hotel since it's a conference center but it's not complicated. It also has a great restaurant behind it. It's a little tricky to get into the hotel from the main road but nothing crazy. The front desk was super nice and let me borrow masking tape to tape some boxes I was going to be shipping. They have a large underground garage with lots of spaces. You can access the garage from the front of the hotel, the side of the hotel and the back. I think parking is covered for Gold members or rewards nights but call ahead to make sure. There is street parking on the side, but it's limited.

This is a very large hotel, that is well managed. The rooms are large and comfortable, and had good amenities. They have a very nice executive lounge and provide a very nice happy hour. The only weakness to this hotel is the location. While there is public transportation to reach the airport and down town Madrid, it's not easy. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Un 3 por la ubicación, ya que está lejos de todo y muy mal comunicado en transporte público. En positivo, es un hotel enorme preparado para convenciones y eventos. Las habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas. Personal del hotel muy amable

Nosotros simplemente aparcamos el coche en el parking para después ir al aeropuerto.
El personal muy atento y agradable.

Me he alojado en varias ocasiones por trabajo, las instalaciones son geniales, las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas, los baños son modernos y la limpieza es exhaustiva, tiene todo lo necesario para un buen descanso.

El buffet del desayuno tiene todo lo que puedas imaginar para desayunar incluyendo platos cocinados en el momento tipo revueltos o tortillas.

Si llevas coche hay estacionamiento en las calles colindantes y si llegas en avión, tienen bus que te recoge en la terminal y te lleva al hotel.

El trato de todos los trabajadores es educado y a la vez cercano, siendo capaces de recordar a los huéspedes que pasan por allí ocasionalmente.

Pros: + a huge hotel with all amenities that come with it
+ good restaurant that serves food until 11 pm
+ calm room (had one facing to the inner part of the hotel)
+ breakfast well organized despite COVID safety measures
+ friendly and helpful staff
+ clean room
+ bus stop just next to the hotel, so you can go to Madrid’s city center for a few euros (I tried!)

Cons:
- airport shuttle service only available during specific time frames, if you come earlier/later you will need to look for other means of transport. A taxi costs around 30 euro, although the hotel is technically near the airport, but you need to drive for some time
- the air conditioning in the room apparently does not have a sleep/night mode. Even with the fan at the lowest settings, I felt reminded of a tractor engine. Good thing it was late summer and I could switch it of during the night. The window can be opened though

So, all in all, it’s still among the better airport hotels that I have visited and when in Madrid, I will come back.

The hotel is good, comfortable beds, nice staff but their airport shuttle schedule has to improve! If you have an early flight there’s no shuttle for you, keep that in mind since that’s the main reason why I booked this hotel and had to go to the airport by Uber at 6am

Magnifique hôtel malgré qu'il soit situé en bordure d'autoroute. Literie de qualité, chambre très confortable, bien insonorisée et spacieuse. Accueil au top, le personnel est d'une gentillesse, très professionnel, parking gratuit, le restaurant sers des plats excellents. Je recommande vivement! Gracias!

Excelente hotel, limpio, personal amable, habitaciónes amplias, cerca del centro. Mejor opción si vas a Madrid en coche. Muy satisfechos. Recomendable.

La estancia tuvo lugar por la cancelación de mi vuelo, que nos alojó allí la aerolinea. Las habitaciones amplias, MUY cómodas las camas (yo lo valoro mucho) y limpias. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque lo malo fue la poca o nada variedad de comida (bueno y que no había cantidad.escasísima en el buffet en la parte caliente). Eso horrible. El resto perfecto
