Madrid Marriott Auditorium

En Madrid es mi hotel de elección, pues es fácil acceder, hay zona de aparcamiento y tiene todos los servicios imaginables, además de unas habitaciones muy grandes, con una cama de ensueño.

Gran hotel en una mala ubicación ¡¡¡ El hotel es perfecto para dormir y comer siempre que no necesites salir de él (el entorno es un polígono industrial bastante sucio desordenado). Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante buenas y modernas.

Biggest hotel in square meters in all Europe!

Huge auditorium and a lot of halls and meeting rooms divided by cities names. Great for conventions and near the airport.

There are no more restaurants outside than the Asados 7 de Julio, and it's worth a visit. Cider is free to serve and drink.

Good swimming pool to relax a little and sunbathing.

Gym is big and has a lot of equipment for a hotel one.

Buffett breakfast and lunch served in first floor.

This is supposed to be a business hotel. There’s about a thousand areas to sit and work in the morning but no cafe or way to get proper coffee anywhere in the largest hotel in Europe. 5 euros for a small plastic cup of fake coffee. No thank you. Or 23 euros for a buffet but you still get the plastic coffee. Should have stayed in the city this place is a waste of time. On top of that the gym yesterday was out of sanitizer, that’s the one place in the hotel that should never run out.

If you have an early or late flight, this is NOT a good option. Staff are polite, professional and helpful in communications, but their shuttles are not available for late/early flights (which is why I stay at airport hotels) and their website/email marketing was not clear on that. You can choose a city hotel for the same taxi price and experience a little more of what Madrid has to offer with just 5 more minutes in the car and no extra $$ on the taxi. Again, great staff communication but if you have an early/late flight you should just bus/train/taxi into the city a bit rather than staying here.

Habitaciones muy espaciosas, camas muy amplias con colchones bastante blandos, una gran insonorización de las habitaciones. El servicio de limpieza realiza un trabajo realmente bueno.

Las instalaciones comunes del hotel son muy diáfanas y su estado es impecable.

Infinidad de salones con distintos tamaños.

Gimnasio muy bien equipado y con bastante variedad de aparatos.

La piscina es exterior, aunque se puede cubrir.

La pistas de pádel se encuentran cerradas a causa de las medidas anti COVID.

The hotel would get 5 stars due to the top of the line facilities, cleanliness, updated rooms, etc. But it offers a very very VERY limited shuttle service to and from the airport for a hotel of this size.

There is a gap of 7 hours in the middle of the day, which incurred in 40 extra euros spent on taxis as I had to go to the airport to get my covid test and come back.

If you come to this amazing hotel is probably because of the airport or for a conference. There is nothing around it, and it needs to offer transportation to go to places like the airport.

Estoy trabajando al lado de este hotel y ala hora de almorzar me fui a tomar un cafe cual fue mi sorpresa que me invitaron al cafe y que me fuera me imagino por ir vestido de trabajo pero limpio el sinvergüenza del metre se conoce que ser trabajador es una desonra que se valla por hay

Hotel muito bom, porém muito longe do centro. Ideal para quem quer participar de alguma convenção nas instalações do Hotel. Serviço de transporte até o aeroporto gratuito. Mesmo os quartos mais modestos em preço possuem excelente nível de acabamento, baixo nível de ruído e limpeza excepcional. Em frente ao hotel possui pontos de ônibus e táxis disponíveis.

Rooms are comfortable. Good service here and food is okay (don't order the club sandwich though). Location is great for the airport and some nice restaurants but not much else in the area.

Extraordinario hotel. Habitaciones grandes y muy bien equipadas. Ideal para eventos empresariales, personas y familias que busquen tranquilidad a sólo 10 minutos de Madrid.

Really disappointed. Read the 5 star reviews, but don't see it. The smell of noxious chemicals they use to disinfect the place made my eyes burn, the breakfast for 22 Euro was just average, and the price is not justified.

NO SHUTTLE SERVICE from 12noon to 7pm. It’s unacceptable to not have shuttle service for 7 hours in the middle of the day when flights are still arriving/departing during these hours. We picked this hotel because the hotel advertises they have airport shuttle service. Nowhere in the hotel listing does it say the shuttle is not available during the day. As a result we had to spend an extra 50€ for a taxi round trip from/to the airport.

Logró sorprenderme. Dado su tamaño pensé que dejaría bastante que desear. Al final muy buen servicio, buenas habitaciones y limpio.

Hotel limpio y con medidas de seguridad excepcionales. Un lugar para perderse y relajarse. Habitaciones limpias, amplias y cómodas.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue increíble. Me alojé aquí durante una semana, debido a que mi vuelo fue cancelado por la tormenta de nieve registrada en Madrid el 8 de Enero. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos atendieron estupendamente. Recomiendo este hotel y volveré a quedarme en él la próxima vez que necesite un hotel en Madrid.

Amazing hotel! We spent the night here as a layover and it was completely worth it. There is a free shuttle from the airport, but if you can't catch it the taxi trip is just 25€.
The whole complex is very large and brand new. All the rooms are very spacious and stylish with new good quality furniture and facilities. The bed was super comfortable! We slept great.
The breakfast buffet was very good as well.
Highly recommended. We will be coming back: D
