Amazing hotel.
Staff is extremly friendly.
Great location in center of city (we arrived in Madrid by plane).
Very cozy rooms and nice hotel interior design.
Definetly 5 star Breakfast.
Would definetly come back here.

Le service du petit dejeuner est parfait.bons produits surtout pour le prix! Par contre dommage de servir du pain décongelé. Sinon bravo on adore cet hotel! Nous reviendrons.

100% recomendable. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, y la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. La atención por parte de la recepción, en nuestro caso de Patti, ha sido muy atenta y cuidando al máximo cada detalle.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. A una calle de plaza Santa Ana, y a pocos minutos de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc.ideal como campo base para descansar, dejar compras, etc. Decoración muy peculiar. Habitaciones muy limpias, cama grande y súper cómoda, al igual que el plato de ducha con rain shower. Personal muy amable y atento, desayuno con muchas referencias, también healthy. Pequeño bar de cócteles que da a la calle Huertas. Para repetir sin duda

Han sido cuatro días magníficos los que hemos disfrutado en este céntrico hotel. La habitación preciosa e impecable, un desayuno variado. El personal de cafetería y recepción ha sido muy atento y agradable. Mención especial a Patty, por su amabilidad. Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos.

Very clean hotel in the centre of Madrid. There is a fresh persisting amber musk fragrance on the floors. Friendly staff: we were welcomed by Carlos late, at about 00: 30 and he explained everything and showed us what we could visit. The staff speaks a good English and is ready to help. Breakfast is generous and always with fresh products. The lady from the breakfast area is really special (talks multiple languages) and takes care about the clients needs. The hotel is a good option if you would like to visit the main attractions by walking. All around there are bars, restaurants and trendy boutiques.

Solo hemos estado una noche en el hotel y se nos ha hecho corto. Al llegar a recepción ya nos quedamos encantados porque Bárbara fue muy simpática y encantadora, nos ayudó en todo y nos aconsejó muy bien. Por la noche, tomamos algo en el bar y Mario nos preparó un cocktail espectacular, además él y el camarero eran muy simpáticos y estuvimos muy a gusto. El desayuno también estuvo muy bien, yo soy celíaca y me ofrecieron pan y madalenas, también pude comer mermelada, nutella y zumos. Muy completo. La habitación era muy bonita y cómoda.

Great staff and a beautiful room in a very down to earth yet cosmopolitan area. The suite we stayed was not only beautiful but spacious and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Location is super, right in the middle of everything. The staff were great and friendly, the room was very clean, and looked good and also was roomy. However, when I’ve ordered the superior room, i was under the impression that I’ll get the room with the blue walls and also two windows. But instead I got something else. As explained to me at the reception: superior room is a room facing the street and not necessarily the one that I thought I’ve ordered. Also noise was heard from the adjacent room, through the internal connecting door.
The food in the morning was nice.ok to start the day with.the place is cosey, staff super friendly. Although if you’re staying more than 3 nights. It might get boring, as the choices are not plentiful.

Todo genial.y más que eso la atención en recepción de Hector que después del check.in, nos acompaño a una pequeña sala y nos informó de lugares visitar comer etc.de forma súper amable y perfecta.

En el centro de Madrid no tiene aparcamiento
Pienso que es algo caro pero tiene muy buena atención de sus trabj.
Habitaciones cómodas grandes limpias

Very new stylish hotel in an amazing location. Walk to all major Madrid attractions and 100s of restaurants. Beautiful interior rooms. Get a superior room with a street view balcony. Excellent overall service. Great lobby and bar area as well. Excellent wifi. Although there was activity on the street below the room was very sound proof. Would stay again without hesitation!

Fantástica ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de Sol, en una zona con mucho ambiente, tanto diurno como nocturno. A pesar de dormir en un primero, no tuvimos ningun ruido a pesar de ser noche de sabado.
La atención fue fantástica y la habitación estaba perfectamente equipada y muy bien ornamentada.
Sin duda una buena opción aunque no económica.

Personal increíble. Habitación súper limpia. No se oía ni un ruido de la calle. La ducha y la cama de lo mejor. 100% recomendable este nuevo hotel en el centro de Madrid. Sin duda repetiré.

Very special hotel when it comes to decoration, wall papers etc - a surprising experience! Spacious and very clean room and bathroom, very comfortable beds. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and attentative and we enjoyed our stay very much. ¡Gracias a todos!

Réservation de dernière minute pour une nuit. Personnel vraiment adorable! La chambre était spacieuse, propre et moderne.
