Solo que se sepa y cuidado te quedas sin hotel a puertas de llegar. Suerte

Excelente ubicación, súper cómodo y limpio. Cerca de TODO.
Lo único que faltaba era el estacionamiento.

Hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de Madrid (métro et centre ville au pied de l’hôtel) L’appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Mention spéciale au personnel qui a été exceptionnel tant au niveau de l’accueil que du service, un grand merci à vous. Je recommande à 100%.

La estancia fue muy excelente, el personal muy respetuoso, el trato muy agradable, gracias por eso, pero tengo un problema, la fianza de 300 euros aún no me la han devuelto.

El apartamento estaba genial y la ubicación espectacular. Muy limpio y bonito. ¡Me encantó!

Un lugar con lo justo ni mas ni menos, buenos precios y buenas instalaciones en general, me gusto mucho la terraza, solo tuvimos problemas con una de las camas.

I was a guest here in the summer of 2019. I was staying with a group of friends and we were allocated a small but very well designed apartment on a high floor of the building with breathtaking views of Gran Via. There is also a communal terrace on the roof of the building which is accessible for all guests and I think it easily has one of the best views in the whole of the city of Madrid. You should be aware, however, that you wil be charged a €200 deposit on check in which you are not told about at the time of booking. For this reason, and the general unfriendly nature of the staff, I would give it 4 stars but I would return again because of the amazing location and views.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful and close to everything and the hotel workers are excellent, but in some notes there is no room service and cleaning once for free and after that you pay 15 euros for cleaning, the towels are changed and the junk is changed for free and in the rooms that are not covered there are odors of cooking while the window was opened except that it is good very.

Fantastic location! Almost everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccable for a four star rental. We did run into some problems here and there at Gran Via but luckily their friendly staff were kind enough to attend to our needs almost immediately. That's the great thing about this service apartment, it's almost hotel-like in the sense that they have a 24 hour front desk with staff ever-ready to help. Big thank you to Reydel and Alberto for so kindly looking into our needs. Will definitely stay here again!

The experience was super LOUD! They have construction going on, so you can hear the drill from the streets like if it is inside your room. They do NOT give you the memo in advance nor lower the price due to this huge shortcoming. Staff gave me an attitude. They put the responsibility on each other without solutions. Pictures look WAY better than the actual rooms.

Hotel en pleno centro de Madrid perfectamente comunicado y con paradas de metro al lado, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Baño perfecto.

Lugar expectacular pars dormir en el centro de Madrid. En nuestro caso la experiencia fue de 10. El apartamento impecable (11D), con vistas fantásticas desde la terraza. Trato muy bueno y cercano por parte del perdonal. Sin duda repetiré.

Les chambres sont superbes avec une magnifique vue sur Madrid et l’avenue principale. Si vous venez pour visiter je vous conseil cette hôtel au centre ville.

Spacious apartments in the middle of Gran Via, given its central location it can be extremely noisy at night, especially if your room is located in the lower floors, as we struggled with getting a quality sleep.

De los mejores hoteles de Madrid capital. Mi habitación era bastante amplia y súper limpia; además contaba con unas vistas espectaculares. Todo el personal encantador.

Perfect location in the middle of the city. It is close to so many attractions. The apartments are spacious and they contain everything that you might need. Lovely staff members. Really recommend.

Una estafa, el apartamento era uno completamente diferente al de las fotos que aparecían en el sitio donde hice la reserva.

Un aire acondicionado de los años 80
que hacía más ruido que un turbohélice, un techo hiper bajo que te chocabas la cabeza.

Lo único bueno la persona que atendió mis consultas, fue muy amable.

We stayed here for three nights and it was great! The 4 bedroom duplex was just amazing, very spacious and high end. The only problem was the hot water pressure in the apartment (8b).
