Stow Your Bags - Luggage Storage - Atocha Train Station, Madrid

Consogna al lado de la estación de Atocha de fácil utilización y cómodo acceso. Tuve un problema de reserva de taquilla (culpa mía) que me solucionaron al momento vía telefónica.

Servicio fantástico. Fácil de reservar y usar y con buena relación calidad-precio. SI necesitas deshacerte de tus maletas por unas horas, este es el lugar al que debes acudir. Definitivamente lo usaría nuevamente.

En el más grande ni siquiera caben 2 maletas facturadas, ¿además tuve que pagar una multa por llegar tarde? Amigo, hubo una fila de espera de 20 minutos para desbloquear el casillero, ni siquiera te dan la oportunidad de hablar con alguien o tener una opción de reembolso, así que tuve que pagar más por la incompetencia de la compañía y la gente.

Esto se debe al tamaño pequeño de la maleta, ¡¡los dos baúles del medio deben ser grandes!

Un servicio estupendo. Cómodo. Rápido. Funciona muy bien. Al lado de la estación de Atocha. Siempre que voy a Madrid en tren, lo utilizo.

Local bien ubicado al lado de la estación de Atocha. Fácil de alquilar y fácil de utilizar.

Attention, their service is not 24 hours. You can only pick up bags until 11 pm, otherwise only from 7 am the next day.

Left our bags at the location next to the Atocha Train Station in Madrid while traveling elsewhere for a few days. I would highly recommend reserving a locker in advance as there were others showing up at the location unable to get a locker. This location was not super clean nor was there a code to get into the external door as described. We had reserved two lockers ahead of time (maxi and standard) but upon arrival we were surprised that the size of the lockers described online were not the same size as the actual lockers rented. We had to rent TWO additional lockers costing us double the expected amount which was a pain but we had no other choice. Note: the maxi lockers will only hold one large suitcase, not two as pictures or described based on the online measurements. We picked up our bags a few days later without issue and would probably use this location again now that we know what to expect.

Tuve algunos problemas en la apertura de la taquilla y me lo solucionaron al instante llamando por teléfono.

Es la 2a vez que utilizamos este sistema con ellos. Todo perfecto. Limpio. Rápido. Sin incidencias. Elegimos la cabina small y pudimos guardar aunque muy justo, una maleta de cabina muy pequeña, un bolso, y una bolsa de mano de cabina.

Warning, the locker sizes are MUCH smaller than advertised. My group and three others ended up buying more lockers the day of.

Gestión muy fácil y està al lado de Atocha. Recomendable.

Cogimos el cajón para 4 maletas y era un poco justo. Estaria bien que si acabas usando menos horas te cobraran solo las que has usado.

Easy to drop your luggage near Atocha station. But when I think about pick up after my assigned time, I can’t find late pick up charge.

Es una buena opción para dejar tu equipaje un par de horas, lo único a considerar es que tienes que llegar con tiempo para recogerlas ya que sólo hay una máquina y suele haber mucha gente

Fui a dejar unas maletas con un amigo que estaba de transbordo en Madrid por no ir todo el día cargados por la ciudad. Quedamos muy contentos con el servicio, cerca de la estación de Atocha, económico, sencillo y rápido. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas.

Buen servicio pero muy caro el storage y cobrar por tardar 15 o 20 minutos me parece un cuterio

It's a good location and at a good price, but for some reason they only have one screen to use. When I arrived to drop off my bag after already paying and reserving online, I had to wait behind a queue of people who were buying their storage at the screen.this meant waiting while they entered their names, emails, credit card numbers, all while using a touch interface. It took forever.
Please install a second screen that is only for those who already have a reservation and are just looking to enter their code to drop off or pick up bags.

Very convenient location, however I ended up booking the wrong location as the website was a little confusing. They have said they would refund me for the original booking which is great.

Also, I booked an extra large locker but it was located on the top row, very high up which was very difficult to put my large and heavy bag in without help.

My large suitcase surprisingly fit in the smallest locker. You can test whether it fits before purchasing a locker at the entrance. I recommend booking in advance because all the largest lockers were taken when I arrived but you will still have to wait in a line to open your locker because there is only one screen.

This facility worked out great. We passed through Madrid on our way Barcelona, but wanted to visit the Prado. Obviously lugging 4 people's worth of luggage was not an option.

This facility was close to the train station. The locker size description is fairly accurate. We had 2 carry on bags, 3 gym sized bags, and 4 personal items. They large locker almost held everything, but we needed another small locker for 1 carry on.

I booked the large locker online a couple of weeks before or trip. That worked great. I got the code and it worked when I got there. Since I ended up needing the extra locker, I purchased that on site. Again, that worked great. Just now that they will text you the code for your locker, so make sure your phone has international service.

I would definitely use this service again.
