Stow Your Bags - Luggage Storage - Atocha Train Station, Madrid

Everything was very good, the code worked perfect, the lockers are big and when we came a little late to get our luggage, we paid a minimal fee. The luggage storage is very near to Atocha station so this was great.

Locker system unlocked someone else’s locker with their luggage inside and there was no way to alert the system of the error. So I ended up losing 20€ and had to take my luggage around with me all day.

Una experiencia bastante satisfactoria, el único problema es un señor que estaba antes y no sabía utilizar la máquina con lo cual hizo un atasco de media hora. Por lo demás todo bien, previo, cerca de la estación.

Habíamos reservado taquilla previamente pero al llegar había cola con personas reservando directamente y tuvimos que esperar un rato. Creo que debería haber otra pantalla u otro sistema para las personas que ya hemos reservado y solo queremos abrir nuestra taquilla!

Sólo aceptan tarjeta de crédito y los casilleros para valijas XXL están altos y el sitio queda lejos de la terminal de autobuses. Muy mala experiencia

Facilidad para reservar, cerca de Atocha y agilidad en resolución de problemas. Muy muy recomendable.

Está muy cerca de Atocha por lo que resulta muy cómodo dejar allí las maletas hasta la hora de salida de tu tren, la capacidad de las taquillas se adapta al número de maletas y es muy fácil y seguro dejarlas.

Todo bien menos a la hora de efectuar el pago con tarjeta en el terminal.tendrían que instalar un aparato más fiable

Storages are in 3 sizes. Easy to use. Could not compare price with others in this area (could't find one), but locaton near the main station was important for me.

Excellent location, very convenient for travelers coming or going in and out of Madrid's central train station.

Locker location was convenient, large locker held our bags (1 large suitcase, 2 carry-on bags, 2 daypacks). We arrived slightly earlier than expected and hoped to be able to access locker sooner but automated system would not allow it, no one was on-site (as best we could determine), so we opted to rent a new locker on-demand. Raised our total cost, but it was nice to be able to ditch the bags while exploring before check-in time at our accommodations.

Overpriced and not transparente- 8 euros por 4 h and they don’t display the price of the penalty fee in case you are delayed.

Very easy to use, the big locker was perfect for my Samsonite hard shell suitcase. We just walked in, without online reservation because we weren't sure it would fit. Stored it for 4 days, was perfect! Note: there's no staff to help you, and store closes for the night at 11PM/23: 00 I believe.

Super moyen pour laisser ses bagages en consignes avant un départ. Lieu sûr, idéalement placé à côté de la gare d'Atocha! La prestation est vraiment pas chère et très simple d'utilisation! Je recommande vivement ce lieu de consigne!

I appreciate that the place provided examples of size of the storage space for your bags. The steps were really easy to follow. I was grateful that the place had AC since it was so hot outside and we were walking a few miles.

1. The code to open the bins is emailed to you and nothing is printed out for you
2. The place is not opened 24 hours
3. There is no one to assist you (which you don't need)

We had the most harrowing experience at the facility near Atocha Station, Madrid. Put the stuff in to be able to go for an hour to the Reina Sofia Museum nearby. When tried to open the locker as had forgotten something, it would not open. Tried and tried many, many times to call the emergency No.on the intercom provided then also on my phone, but heard just some horrid music playing for a while and then the phone would disconnect after three beeps. Spent a couple of hours in panic as needed the things for departure by air the next day. Rank strangers came to help, they also tried the phone but no answer. Finally by chance contacted the company on FB and got them to respond. They opened the locker remotely and we finally left with our things quite exhausted, having missed the opportunity to see the famous Guernica. All this extreme aggravation could have been avoided if they had answered the phone (the No.for which was in Lazio, Italy) It sent us home with a very bad feeling after a nice holiday.

Les box sont plus petit que ce que j'avais imaginé, c'est 4 valises cabine standard aviation et non pas 4 grosses valises. Du coup nous avons loué 2 box mais au final le rapport qualité prix est tout de même là.

Too expensive. Paid 8€ for 5h and full day at the train station across the street is only ~3€. No service staff, everything is fully automated but the lockers are clean (at least).

“Stow your bags” was the most convenient and easy to use luggage storage place I have ever used in Europe. It was all computer driven and the large size was big enough for my very large suitcases.
