Banco BBVA opiniones

They act like you should be grateful for being allowed to bank with them! And after hours safety in the ATM area is also severely lacking.
I went to pay a parking ticket incurred with a rental car in Germany.
After the bank teller was done chatting with an acquaintance who, hearing from the conversation I got to enjoy while waiting for several minutes at the counter after it was my turn, seemed to be a retired bank manager killing time hanging around the place, I presented the pink standard European international bank transfer form the German department of transportation sent along with the traffic ticket.
I explained in Spanish that I wanted to pay the ticket from my BBVA bank account. I live here in Spain, but was new to the online banking app and my (Spanish) husband was out of town.
Reply from bank teller: “You have to go pay that in Germany. ”
Thinking I probably misunderstood, I replied that seemed hard to believe to me and explained again that the pink standard European bank transfer form I showed him was exactly intended for this purpose.
Reply from bank teller: “No, you have to go pay it in Germany. If you get a traffic fine in China, you have to go pay that in China. ”
Outrageous, a total insult to one’s intelligence and a complete disregard for even the most basic manners, let alone customer service.
Realizing it is impossible to reason with someone whose career goal in life obviously is avoiding work by merely shipping out clients with the least amount of effort, I left him to continue his chat with his acquaintance and waited until my husband was back in town to take care of it through the bank app.
They also need to do something about the safety in the ATM area: after bank hours, it is taken over by addicts setting up camp to spend the night there in sleeping bags. While I feel sorry for their plight, it deters me as a customer from taking out money from the ATM at those times.
