I had a private transfer booked from my home in Benidorm to Alicante Airport. I waited in the street 10 minutes before due time as advised. After waiting for 20 mins I received a call and was told driver was waiting for me, I explained he can't be as I hadn't seen him, it turns out the driver had parked on the wrong road. I confirmed the pick up point and waited another 10 mins and still nobody arrived. I called Beniconnect and was told that driver stated my road my inaccessible which was nonsense as its a public road and anybody can drive down it. It was suggested to me that I walk and meet the driver elsewhere, which I refused to do as I paid for door to door. I waited a further 10 minutes and still nothing and was told again that the driver reported my road was inaccessible, I repeated that it was accessible and any vehicle can drive down it. As I was on the phone the Benni Connect bus arrived and drove straight past me and didn't stop. Eventually, after waiting 45 mins it turned up. This made me late for the airport as I intended to have a meal before my flight but was unable too.

One journey can be amazing the next the pick up from hell. Depends who you get on the day I guess.
