CaixaBank Store HolaBank, Alicante

I brought a letter of complaint about the poor service of the Holabank on June 1st and was promised to be informed on the progress. After several reminders, Jose C. Asensio Fuentes, the director of the branch, personally guaranteed I would have got an answer to my complaint before August 1st. I did not. Then everybody who was involved (the director & 2 advisors) went on holidays and never returned/stopped answering my e-mails. I find it very unprofessional for the money foreigners have to pay to be a client of La Caixa! It's been 4 months already, and I feel very disappointed with such a treatment. Everything is VERY slow and the service is way below expected. Strange such things still exist in the modern business world!

J'avais l'intention d'ouvrir un compte à cette banque car j'avais vu une publicité où il était indiqué qu'on y parlait français. J'ai attendu un bon quart d'heure, puis une dame m'a reçu. Elle parlait un excellent français. Elle m'a proposé un rendez-vous pour la semaine suivante, avec son collègue. "Parle-t-il français? " - "Oui, mais moins bon que le mien". OK. La semaine suivante, j'arrive 5mn avant le RdV. L'attente a duré plus d'une demi-heure. J'ai demandé de faire l'entretien en français, il m'a répondu qu'il ne parlait pas cette langue. Je me demande si le travail ne le fatigue pas!
