Very bad experience. They are asking for additional payments, extra insurance. They don't accept insurance that you already paid, if you do the booking through Do You Spain website and I am assuming that any other third party website.as well. We paid around 300 Euro for the first 5 day rental, 600 Euro for the extension for another 5 days and they were asking for 1,200 Euro for another extension of 5 days? Which we of course not accepted. Very bad experience extending the rental. First week wee paid They overcharged us, after many complains, we were after a few weeks finally partially refunded. We have a lot of experience with car rentals, but this one was one of the worst one.

Todo fue perfecto. El servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto fue rapido y eficiente. El vehículo nuevo y la atención de Santiago excelente, muy simpático y educado.

The service provided by ClickRrent at Alicante airport is excellent. The price quoted was extremely competitive and the car supplied was very clean and almost new. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very smooth. We were unfortunate to have our car vandalized but this was not an issue as full insurance was included in the price. Many thanks to Elena and Pablo for their professional and courteous manner. I would definitely use this company again.

If I could give them zero stars I would, absolute theives. Screw you on the fuel on damage you didn't do and give you a different car to the one advertised. Rude and aggressive staff. No email to register your complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Da igual lo que pidas y como lo pidas, te van a decir que sí a todo y luego no es lo que pides. Ya nos ha ocurrido tres veces, y aunque tengamos acuerdo con ellos por la federación, prefiero pagar más caro en otro sitio que a ellos.

Te hacen creer que el seguro está incluido y luego, a pagar más porque no tienes tarjeta de crédito. Eso lo hicieron con más gente delante nuestra.
Nos cambiaron el coche a última hora porque supuesta no quedaban, dándonos el peor Fiat Panda que había, con olor a gasolina y de, 90€ que íbamos a pagar inicialmente, acabamos pagando casi 250€, una barbaridad.

Returned a car where i had not taken their "premium insurance" (I have cover for this on my credit card). When it came to inspection time the person inspecting car almost immediately found (beneath lots of road dirt removable marks a mark (paint was not broken) on the car roughly half the size of a 5p. Charge 300 Euro, thank you Mastercard for reimbursing me. Even if I spent an hour examining the car when I hired it I would not have found this mark, the person found it in less than 20 seconds, she clearly knew where it was, she didn't even continue to look for other marks once she'd found the one where they make their money. This is not sour grapes as my own insurance reimbursed me, however i see from other posts my experience is common with this company and so it is important to know this company is a scam not a serious car hire company.

Consejo NO NO NO Alquilar coches con esta empresa engaña ala gente con los precios te dicen que es la compañía más barata por dos días me cobraron 282€ y era un coche chatarra Fiat No acceder ala empresa por experiencia

Bit unorganized but ok make sure you check the car over properly before leaving & photo anything wrong, as with all car hire, in Spain

Really bad, you think that you're renting a cheap car, but at the end they take your money for damage (that you didn't make it) in the car.

Vehículos en perfecto estado de limpieza y funcionamiento. Trato al cliente muy satisfactorio y rapidez en la recogida y entrega. 100% recomendable.

Professional, no hidden extra costs. Their insurance covers everything and is cheaper than 3rd parties. Car decent, clean and pick up and drop off easy.

-For every solution they find a problem.
-Definitly not suggested.
-They were keep trying to give me a smaller car than the one booked.
-This was not a pleasant experience at all.
-When you collect the car, MAKE A LOT OF PHOTOS, to avoid charging for pre-existing damages.

We can highly recommend Clickrent! We have booked a car for one week. Due to personal problems we could not return the car in time. The team was very understanding and extremely accommodating! Thanks a lot! Next time we will book again via Clickrent!

It took forever to get the car. They charged my credit card for 56 euro for refilling a full tank after drop off. Total RIP off.seems cheap but ended to spend more than double what was agreed for a 2 days rental period.

I wish i have read the reviews before renting from them, they promised a wv polo at 1st, i end up with some nissan full of dents and scratches and worst thing is that driving it was a suicidal, the car keep escaping to right side of road.i filled up fuel and returned it, they told me all is ok until i checked the bank account, they took 32 euro and claimed its fuel policy, when i called them. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Nos intentaron cobrar un suplemento. Por lo visto teníamos reservado un coche de gasolina y como no tenían querían que nosotros corrieramos con los gastos adicionales de uno diesel.

Servicio horrible y intentan timarte con los precios. Reservas un coche de alquiler a un precio bueno, pero llegas a recoger el coche en sus instalaciones y te obligan a añadir seguros por un valor más alto que el coste del alquiler. No recomiendo utilizar este empresa
