Excellent service from sales rep to installers. Went in Friday and had a settee delivered and installed the next morning.
He comprado un diván. Me dijeron que 7 días y un máximo de 10 lo tendría. Después de dos intentos fallidos hoy es el día 11. Podré dormir encima de él hoy? Por qué información o llamarme tampoco lo han echo.fuerza chicos que al final lo conseguís.
Este jueves he realizado la compra de mi sofá y me han asegurado tanto el vendedor como en la caja al realizar el pago al contado, que me lo entregarían el sábado. Lo solicité así porque estoy pasando unos días de vacaciones y necesitaba tenerlo antes de marcharme.
El sábado después de esperar todo el día tuve que llamar a la tienda y a los 10 min me llamaron para decirme que la entrega les constaba para el día 30. El primer día disponible ha sido hoy martes. Y el color no se parecía al de la fotografía. Mala experiencia!
Ordered 4 chairs, told delivery 10 to 14 days. The chairs were in Valencia store. After 14 days went to Conforama to ask where our chairs were.they said another week, YOU MUST BE JOKING, how long does it take from Valencia? If not here by 25th june want a refund. Not a happy customer

Ordered four table chairs, said 5 to 10 days delivery. After 14 days went to store in la zenia and they said another week. The chairs were in there Valencia store.how long does it take to deliver from Valencia? If I don't receive them by this week I will be having a total refund and buy else where.not a happy customer
Very pleased with pleasant staff, wide range of goods. We bought 2 sofas, a rug and a beautiful coffee table. Delivery men were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. Very impressed!

Un desastre.compre un sofá que me dijeron k tardaría 6 semanas.cuando pasan dos meses reclamo y me dicen que se les descolgó la red.tardaria una semana más.ok.
A las 2 semanas mas reclamo y me dicen que uno o dos meses mas.o que me lleve el de exposicion. "enserio".
Cuando pido que me devuelvan el dinero y una hoja de reclamaciones.eramos tres personas reclamando y disgustados.no es casualidad.es un mal servicio de la tienda por defecto.

Elizabeth could not have been more helpful, patient, knowledgeable or friendlier in assisting us with our purchases. By the end of our buying, we consider Elizabeth part of our family!
Very disappointed, staff scarcely able to help with check out, no one around to help, many items marked 50% discount but not price. Then scanning not working at till had to call someone, pricing inconsistent, special offers not entered into till. Don't blame staff.recommend better management. Some great offers but left a little frustrated.
Expensive products for their quality. However, we brought back the Spanish espresso machine because coffee smelled and tasted of plastic, they were kind and gave us money back.
The shop employee gave a note with a lower price but refused to give it at the next visit when I came to buy the set.
