Personal amable, también muy servicial a la hora de devolver el coche. Recibí una actualización sin costo adicional.

Alquilamos un Tesla para una semana de vacaciones. El coche estaba en excelentes condiciones, casi nuevo con 3000 km. Devolver el coche fuera del horario de apertura es fácil, metes las llaves en la caja de llaves y en 3 minutos estás en el hall del aeropuerto, que se encuentra junto al aparcamiento de alquiler. Quedamos muy satisfechos.

El coche era moderno y estaba muy bien mantenido.
Entrega: Realmente hecho en 1-2 minutos.

En Alicante Keddy (igual que Europcar) fue realmente excelente. Por supuesto, el personal intentó vendernos más (ese es su trabajo), pero con un poco de negociación conseguimos una gran mejora por un precio realmente pequeño. ¡¡¡Automóvil bastante nuevo, con las mejores especificaciones, personal amable y eficiente, y SIN EXTRAS! A diferencia de la mayoría de las otras empresas de alquiler. El personal era amable y eficiente.

El único coche de alquiler en todo el aeropuerto que no quería sacar nuestra licencia extranjera sin indicarlo en ningún lado. ¡Nos quedamos sin coche durante un viaje completo y ni siquiera quisieron reembolsarnos! Segunda vez que tengo problemas con Europcar. No más para mí. Simplemente evite los trucos ocultos. ¡En la lista negra de por vida! PD Si no les agradas, ¡pueden rechazar un auto para ti también!

Muy buen soporte. Te recomiendo que contrates un seguro a todo riesgo en el lugar, me costó unos veinte euros al día.

Muy buen trato por parte de los trabajadores y te atienden fuera de hora de recogida cuando tienes retraso en el avión de llegada.

Hemos cogido un coche de siete personas para 7, tomamos un día en el aeropuerto de Barcelona, y entregamos en el aeropuerto de Alicante, cuando los trabajadores del coche entregaron dijeron que todo estaba bien. Y después de 2 meses, quitaron de la cuenta 300€, llamé a la línea directa, allí me dijeron que lo quitaron porque no había una cortina trasera en el Maletero, digo que el coche es de siete plazas, y originalmente no estaba allí, después de lo cual me dicen que vaya a donde alabó el coche, llegamos nos dijeron que Barcelona es responsable de esto, vaya allí. Como resultado, el dinero no se devolvió, una empresa terrible, tomó muchas veces los autos de otras compañías en Alquiler y nunca fue así. Esta compañía apesta, hay muchas otras compañías en los aeropuertos, ¡elíjalas!

After a hike in the mountains we recognized that someone broke the back window of our car. We called the Hotline and they told us that we should bring the car back to the airport where we rented it.
The staff there was very friendly and because of our insurance we got a new car immediately without any problems.
Thank you very much for that quick and uncomplicated solution.

Not the cheapest, but more than worth the small extra cost. Great experience in getting, using this and handing back the car. I will use again!

Complete rip-off, was forced to buy full insurance at the cost of 3 days rental, otherwise they wanted to cancel booking in the midnight. Agency insisting on buying extras at any reputation cost. Do not use this agency, tourist trap. First time ever I faced such disgracefull and gridy attitude in Europe!

The staff are trained (and they are eager), to trick you into signing a comprehensive insurance. I got a car that had over five unregistered damages. I photographed everything and asked them to change the car because they had not inspected and updated the rental protocol properly with the latest damage. BUT, the only thing they could was to offer me the possibility to rent a more expensive car or sign a comprehensive insurance.

I found their behavior rude and provocative to the extent that I was so close to cancel the booking immediately and rent a car from another company.

So, do not rent a car from this Europcar at this airport.

Beware this outfit. Very dubious damage claims found retrospectively and charged for without evidence. Also their accounting is very suspect.

Rapidité de la prise en charge et de la restitution du véhicule. Personnel compétent et agréable. Véhicule conforme à ma demande. Véhicule récent, propre et dont les petits dommages avaient été parfaitement identifiés et répertoriés sur le contrat.
