This is a great ferreteria, they have a large selection of hardware, tools, DIY materials, swimming pool products etc. The staff are super efficient and helpful and speak several languages.

The only hardware shop you will ever need. They have everything you could ask for. The staff are extremely friendly, they work well together. It is always a pleasure to go to see them. I have been shopping here for 20 yrs and the standard it always the same. Excellent!

This is a well stocked store I got exactly what I was looking for, a dual USB adapter to charge our mobile phones. Very helpful and friendly service.

I bought one timer (model Ego.) to be able to irrigate our hedge continously when we not are in Spain (we are in Spain approx 6 weeks a year). I bought it on a Friday, mounted it on Saturday and discovered the timer was leaking water. The timer are continously under water pressure with tap water to be able to work. To be sure it was one error of the timer I sealed the threads extra. I made a film with my cell phone to illustrate the leak and went to Brico Impar the first thing on Monday morning (I assume it is closed on Sunday). I showed my film but they did not acept it - it could be one other timer at one other house!? 1?
He wanted to try by him self and moundted it on a water tap and it was temporary not leaking. The timer is 50% electronic and 50% mecanic. Mecanical parts can temorary work and temporary not work, thats how it works. I explained I can not leave my house with this timer for several months and be safe, it is dangerous because water pressure. He refused to help me and give me one other because it would be illegal!? !? And because I have used it!? !?
After one long and VERRY UNNECESSARY DISCUSSION it started to leak, this was just luck for me. This could perhaps happen when I had mounted it at my house and leaved Spain!

DO NEVER BUY ANY SENSITIVE AND IMPORTANT PARTS FROM THIS SHOP, THEY WILL DO WHAT THEY CAN TO NOT HELP YOU!
I give them ONE STARS! This is one to much but zero stars was not possible

Te atienden fenomenal, compré un artículo que no encendía, y tras comprobar que era así me lo cambiaron enseguida por otro. Siempre con amabilidad y ayudando a los clientes.
Sin duda cinco estrellas porque no hay más, tienen de todo lo que necesitas en su gama, la mejor ferreteria/tienda bricolaje, bien surtida y trato amable y especializado.
