What ever you need, the staff are straight at your service, they all speak English, and are always helpful and happy to serve you. I usually take a photo of what job I'm doing, or if I can I take the part with me, I did on one occasion buy the wrong product, my fault, I didn't explain proper but on my return with said part all sorted, easier calling in here than going to a larger shop where you wait to find someone who can help you. For people with no DIY knowledge (me) it's a great place to shop, people with DIY knowledge will already know this, always a great experience.
