Reservé un coche para recogerlo en el aeropuerto de Alicante, pagué el alquiler online, lo que me parece una muy buena oferta, 16,13 € al día, que era todo lo que necesitaba, solo 1 día de alquiler.
Llegué al aeropuerto para recoger el coche de Firefly y la mujer de la caja intentó cobrarme unos 150 euros por el alquiler del día, lo cual "según ellos es una muy buena oferta" sólo porque no es necesario llenar el depósito del coche cuando A la vuelta alquilé el coche pequeño Fiat 500 que tiene un depósito muy pequeño y sólo iba a recorrer unos 80 kilómetros en total, de todos modos su política de combustible es ridícula y lo llamo calmar directo a tu cara, no hay manera de que lo hiciera. Acepté esta estafa, así que tuve que dejarlo (no recoger el auto), perdí mi dinero y tuve que reservar otro auto en el último minuto con otra compañía en el aeropuerto, lo que me costó mucho más dinero. NUNCA VOLVERÉ a alquilar un coche con Firefly y lo mismo con DoYouSpain otra vez, MANTÉNGASE ALEJADO, ESTAFA empresas

Engañaron al seguro porque pagas con tarjeta bancaria (débito) entonces la venta no aplica desde que reservaste en el sitio de rya air,

Ni siquiera vale una estrella, servicio al cliente repugnante. Nos dijeron que devolviéramos el coche lleno con un recibo de una gasolinera a 10 km del aeropuerto, lo cual hicimos. Me quedé con el recibo, pero la chica del mostrador no lo quería y nos dijo que echáramos la llave en una caja. Tres días después nos cobraron 64,25 euros sin ninguna explicación. Les envié un correo electrónico y no respondieron durante 5 semanas y luego les envié un correo electrónico para decir que se trataba de un cargo por reabastecimiento de combustible ya que el automóvil no estaba lleno al devolverlo, lo cual es una mentira absoluta. Nuevamente les envié un correo electrónico el 2 de julio enviando el recibo del reabastecimiento de combustible, pero ni siquiera he recibido una respuesta. NO USE ESTA EMPRESA.

Picked up the car at the #439 parking lot. Returned the car 5 days later to the same #439 parking lot. Got charged over 60 euros for "car was left in wrong parking". Seems like these guys are looking for every possible opportunity to screw their clients. Never again will I use Friefly

I payed upfront via Vueling for the car rental. At the aiport office I apparently signed for an additional insurance on the car. The front desk employee didn’t mentioned this, just that a deposit was blocked on my CC. So surpisingly I was charged an amount more than the whole car rental price afterwards. This company is a SCAM: be sure you check the documents you sign closely upfront the rental. In best case you avoid this company.

Totally do not recommend it! The price that is on the voucher and the real charged one is twice bigger. Will go to law.

I'd never use them again.when I got back to UK. They took £300 out of my credit card.after checking over the vehicle and they told me they were happy with the checks the car was fine.dont use them they rip you off. Jason thomas

Never had any problems. Good specification cars at great prices with no pressure to take their insurance.

There is no transparency in the costs and the contract which is only in Spanish.

Il faudra compter entre 2 et 3 fois le prix de la voiture initiale.

Par exemple. Nous avons payé 250e sur internet.

Prix de reviens total: 250 + 71 + 228.

Je vous laisse faire le calcule j'ai assez la rage pour ne pas en rajouter.

MIEUX VAUT PRENDRE DIRECTEMENT UNE VRAI AGENCE A 500E.

Do not use this company, they charge for extras like vehicle recovery just in case you break down! Why? Its their problem. The car was filthy with scratches that were not on the sheet given. I had to trek back down to the airport and queue again for 40 mins to report it like it says to do so, only to be told to just take photos. The man was awfully rude when I told him how dirty the car was. I thought theyre suppose to be cleaned during covid, also they didnt have the car I had booked a month previously so tried to get me to upgrade for a fee, I refused only to find out they have now charged for recovery. ITS FRAUDULENT.
