Super happy with Firefly! During the corona time we must stay for 10 weeks in Spain, though the booking was only for 14 days. Firefly employees were every time very friendly and helpful. The whole process was quick and very easy. Good prices! A very positive experience with Firefly.

Tres très très mauvaise expérience. 85 euros de réservation payer en ligne, sous prétexte que nous avons une carte de DEBIT et non de CrEDIT 160 euros à payer sur place, puis à cela s'ajoute 200 euros de garantie de plein de carburant et si nous la rendons pas à l'heure qui doivent être rembourser. A ce jour la voiture a etais rendu et toujours aucuns remboursement!

My worst car rental to date. The car rental employee repeatedly tried to sell me insurance that I already had through Rental cars ($ 1600 deductible) and when that didn't work out he threatened to cancel the rental with them and I would have to rent a car from another car rental company.this eventually went together and I was able to rent the car.but then came the car that was registered with 26 dents and no way to inspect the car in the dark garage to verify it. I did not count the depressions now as I had come the furthest away from the rental but the bumper was loose and the car all vibrated when it was driven over 90km / h.a terrible car that I found very unsafe to be with my family in.

Starfsmaður bílaleigunnar reyndi endurtekið að selja mér tryggingu sem ég var þegar með í gegnum Rental cars (trygging með sjálfsábyrgð 1600$) og þegar það gekk ekki hótaði hann því að þá þyrfti að cancela leigunni við þá og ég yrði að leigja bíl hjá annari bílaleigu.
þetta gekk nú svo saman á endanum og ég gat leigt bílinn.en svo kom bíllinn sem var skráður með 26 dældir og ekki nokkur leið að skoða bílinn í myrkri bílageymslunni til að sannreyna það.
ég taldi nú ekki dældirnar enda kominn lengst í burtu frá leigunni en stuðarinn var laus og bíllinn víbraði allur þegar honum var keyrt yfir 90km/h.hræðilegur bíll sem mér þótti mjög óöruggt að vera með fjölskylduna í.

I took out a hire with these and booked no insurance. At the airport desk I said no insurance only thing they said we have to take a large deposit for fuel. Ok I said, as I know I'll fill it up.my fault for not reading the paperwork properly. They only ticked I wanted insurance and charged my card £328.disgusting behavior.

Arnaque surtout ne louez pas chez eux ils vous factures des taxes qui existent que chez eux, exemple j 'ai loué à la base une citadine tarif 340 EUROS j ai rajouté la protection complète 140 euros CAR AVEC EUX ILS VOUS GARDENT LA CAUTION POUR UN RIEN et, surprise 5 jours après mon retour à domicile ils me prélèvent 280 euros.pas de mails rien. Essayant de les joindre pendant 10 J mais sans retour, je les ai menacé que mon avocat allait prendre la relève suite a cette arnaque et là comme par hasard on me répond. Soit disant ce sont des taxes, finalement si vous louez un véhicule chez eux prévoyez le double de la somme. Cela fait 20 années que je loue des véhicules à l' aéroport d alicante mais je n' ai jamais été arnaqué comme chez eux. C est pas pour les 280 euros mais je pense aux gens qui partent avec un budget serré et qui auront cette surprise.en 1 mot je clôture ma conversation avec un mot: MEFIANCE AVEC EUX

Please never hire a car from Firefly in Alicante! They will scam you as they did it to us. We were supposed to pay a deposit of 400EUR with a credit card, they will tell you that they need your debit card not a credit card (which is weird) after we arrived back home they send us (after 10days) just 150EUR instead of 400EUR without no explanation. We didn´t buy any insurance or additional service, we gave the car back with a full tank and without any single scratch. Please use another company. Don´t be afraid and sue the company as we will do it.
