Hotel Servigroup Orange, Alicante

Encantador hotel, la primera vez que estuve en este hotel, viajaba solo. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido, la comida era deliciosa desde el desayuno hasta la cena, las habitaciones eran encantadoras, no había hervidor. Aconsejaría llevar un hervidor de viaje, hay una nevera pequeña, las tiendas son locales y los supermercados, el hotel está en medio de la vida nocturna, a 5-10 minutos a pie de la playa. Recomendaría este hotel. Definitivamente regresaré, gracias.

- llevamos varios años como clientes del grupo de hoteles Servigroup.
- consideramos que el nivel en calidad y variedad que otros años había tanto en las comidas como en las cenas ha disminuido considerablemente.
- y por último y no menos importante indicarles que el horario de la cena no nos parece adecuado con el régimen de pensión completa, las 21: 00 horas es una hora muy temprana como última hora.
- en todo caso agradecer el servicio que todo el personal del hotel nos ha ofrecido, como siempre de "diez"

I would have loved a room facing the sea like I had in my last visit in April this year but realise its not always possible, It would be nice to have tea / coffee facilities in the room.

Excellent value for money. My only criticism is the soundproofing between rooms. Unfortunately I could every noise next door and vice versa. They in fact banged on my wall when I was talking on a video call!

You have a great hotel ive been about 4 or 5 times over the years and the only thing
that could be improved is the sound proofing of the room wall -they are paper thin and as such my wife could not sleep because of someone snoring in the next room

I can’t fault the Orange hotel. It is everything we require. The only thing is when I booked via a tour operator I asked for a lower floor no higher than 4. I also requested this via servi group by email but they first of all put me on the very top then when we arrived and I asked to be moved we were then put on floor 8. I would like to think that for next year this will be acknowledged. Regards Kay

I have stayed at the hotel Orange for a few years now & always find the staff friendly & helpful. There is always a good choice of food to suit everyone at meal times. The hotel is very well situated for shops, bars, restaurants & the beach all a stones throw away

Hotel limpio, comida variada y muy buena.
Felicito a todo el personal, de recepción, de comedor y de cocina.
Gracias también a las señoras que se ocupan del orden y limpieza de las habitaciones.

The staff where very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Good location and great value for money

Agradecer sobre todo a Cristina y Lola de (Recepcion), a Isa y Badhia del restaurante, esa amabilidad y simpatia, esas sonrisas, bueno es todo en geneal, son geniales, sin desmerecer a otros trabajadores que ahora mismo no recuergo sus nombres, incluyendo la chica de la limpieza de la habitación. -

Em termos gerais a pontuação a dar pela estadia seria de 4,3 pontos. As críticas que faço: era a falta de fiambre de frango, e o facto de a comida quente não ser muito variada e estar (na minha opinião dado que não como porco nem fritos) extremamente direcionada para os clientes ingleses (o que se compreende em parte). De resto foi a terceira vez que fiquei alojada no Orange, e sempre que vou a Benidorm apenas fico alojada em hotéis Servigroup, dado que esta cadeia de hotéis não desilude, nomeadamente, na comida. Recomendo vivamente a cadeia de hotéis da Servigroup!

Cociner@s genial también, la comida superbuena.
Son muchos más, pero con los que tratamos eran ellos.
Deciros que estas personas son excepcionales, el trato fue genial y siempre con una sonrisa.
La habitación más que bien, aislada de ruido.
Limpieza muy bien.
El hotel merece mucho la pena.
El camarero de la piscina genial.
La piscina muy bien.
Volvimos a Madrid muy satisfechos, le dije a Raúl que si no había noches gratis o algo
Volveremos a repetir.
Enhorabuena por el personal que tenéis en el hotel.
Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de las vacaciones.

YOU MUST CHANGE THE GLASS DOOR TO THE BATHROOM TO A SOLID WOOD DOOR TO PROTECT YOUR OWN PRIVACY

One plus side is it's central to places we like to visit. Needs a major overhaul. Food mediocre. Next to no privacy in bathroom, with glass doors which don't fully fit frame, we won't be returning.

The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the view of the car park at the back of the hotel.

Great hotel and service house keeper absolutely brilliant thought she was worth a mention staff in restaurant were excellent as well

Staff need to mention that drinks brought by staff in restaurant are chargeable and how you pay for them. Venus was a better dining experience.

Extremely clean hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. Reception happily printed our passenger locator forms to make life easier at the airport. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the Hotel Orange

El Bar The Sanctuary perteneciente a este hotel tiene unas instalaciones y una decoración muy bonitas. Su terraza es amplia y tranquila a pesar de encontrarse en una de las calles más concurridas de Benidorm.

Couldn't fault the staff anywhere in the hotel. Everyone of them was polite and helpful, friendly too. The food was the best I've had in a hotel anywhere. In the perfect location for enjoying a night out especially if you don't want to go too far from the hotel.
