2nd time we've been and not disappointed the staff were exceptional very friendly from our first day to our last we booked to return for Xmas and New year

Me parece muy pronto la hora de la cena, estamos en España y nos tenemos que adaptar a los extranjeros. No me parece bien.

Absolutely perfect holiday. The Orange Hotel was faultless in every aspect. The location the facilities the service the staff all excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We've been coming to Benidorm for over 30 years & The Orange Hotel is the best we've stayed in.
Spotlessly clean & well maintained, Well done to all the hardworking staff. Dawn on the desk was so very helpful & under pressure with all the documents.

Thank you Orange Hotel we will be back.
We would love to come back for Christmas so I'll look on your website for availability & prices

I am here right now in hotel Orange and I have been left feeling belittled and embarrassed all because I asked the Barman in pool bar for a cup of ice to take to my room to have a cool drink while getting ready was told NO this is not allowed. You asked me yesterday as well! Went to reception to ask if this was the norm to be told by male receptionist yes, it was indeed the case and told rudely to go to the shop and buy ice also as I wear glasses and they steam up I slightly pulled my mask down to speak to be abruptly told to wear my mask properly! Lastly there is no freezer compartment in the fridge so how was I meant to keep a bag of ice purchased from the shop frozen? If ice is so expensive I would of gladly paid for it!

Rooms to accommodate 3 people are a little cramped but otherwise fine. A nice touch would be tea/ coffee making equipment in the rooms. Otherwise an excellent hotel as always.

Check-in was to slow could do with faster better system to improved this.
Also some of the Hotels entertainment was very unsuitable and very poor. The hotels lifts would benefit from security card operation to give access for use to residents staying at the hotel only. Also to many non residents accessing hotel to use toilets etc.

Your hotel is very welcoming and the staff are very friendly and helpful the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the food is amazing me and my friends have been staying at your hotel for a few years now and would recommend it to anybody

Check in a bit long. Asking everybody to provide emails sign tablet etc. Room - no complaints. Shower best ever for pressure of water - superb. Cleanliness of hotel excellent. Dawn in guest services is a credit to Servigroup - helped with printing out UK Locator forms and always friendly
Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all at Hotel Orange.

Three star hotel in a middle of most lively part of Benidorm. A bit dated but very well maintained building and pool area (cleaning robot in the swimming pool almost every night). Excellent customer service (would like to mention Jesus) on desks and in rooms. In restaurant area could be more chilled and approachable.
Guests are mostly people 50+ and some stag parties. Rooms are quite small and balconies same. Food is good quality with plenty of choices.
Location, dated doors that bangs on closing and type of guests makes this stay very busy and noisy place.
Overall it could be recommended for people who wants to be close to the night life.

Keep up the good work and a special thank you for Dawn, helped in every way, very hard worker and nothing was a bother for her. Also great work from the room cleaners, the breakfast and dinner staff and the reception, you have a great team, i'm sure we'll be back to visit, thank you.

The food was always cold l didn't like the choose l was given it a good job l like salad l have stayed at other Servigroup hotels that have been better then this. I thought the overall food was to a poor standard

I come to Benidorm every year for 12 years, sometimes twice a year, I have stayed in Hotel Orange about 5 times and it's my favourite. I will be booking again very soon for May 2022 and would like to be able to book my room before I come on a low floor.

I would prefer booking directly with servigroup but you must get your price to be competitive.

The food was very inadequate, tasteless, not enough variety, definitely not as good as it was in 2019 or the other years we have stayed, we were all very dissatisfied with it, too of my friends tested positive for covid and are in isolation at the hotel, their food is terrible, whatever they order for the meals is not what they receive, the food needs to improve or we will not book with the orange again, we are not happy at all, at breakfast I informed the chef my egg which was pre cooked on a hot plate was cold, he took the egg off my plate and put it back on the griddle! It should have been thrown away and a fresh egg provided, I refused the egg and the chef put it back on the hot plate for someone else! Food should never be reheated, not to even mention covid, the egg had been on my plate! If standards are dropping like this, it's time to change to another hotel!

We had a great holiday again at the orange, thanks. We have been to benidorm multiple times and and stopped at the orange for the majority of those stays and will return again. The whole service we received was great and would recommend to others, we had one issue with the TV that was resolved with in the hour that it was reported and the food was even better than I remembered from the last stay. See you next year.
