Excelente calidad precio, todo el personal muy atento y amable (recepcionistas, camareros, todos los trabajadores del comedor, director, las señoras de la limpieza), nos han hecho sentir muy a gusto, todo superlimpio, huele superbien, habitaciones muy amplias el bufett variado y de calidad, muy bien situado a menos de 5mnt de la playa andando y una mención especial a su mago que es un crack ️repetiremos sin dudarlo con esta cadena de hoteles.

En cuanto al servicio de camarero@s es genial buen trato con mamen, Begoña y el camarero que no se como se llama son muy buena gente merecen muchísimo la pena como trabajan y lo pendientes que están en cada momento y en general volvería otra vez ya que me gustan muchísimo los hoteles de esta cadena y en general todos muy pendientes y muy amables al igual que el director

Del Hotel no hemos tenido ningun detalle por nuestra estancia. En la habitacion el agua se salia cuando te duchabas hasta la puerta del baño y la puerta sonaba cada vez que se abria.

El personal y las instalaciones muy bien pero le doy dos estrellas porque el buffet es desastroso porque aunque la calidad de los productos es buena estaba pésimamente cocinada todos los platos calientes menos los arroces estaban crudos, poco hechos, sosos y sin sabor.

Over all the experiance was good but dinners had to much sea food got to cater for people who either dont like sea food or they prefer something else

Muy buena ubicación, muy buen buffet tanto de desayuno como de comida.
El parking a buen precio (10€ diarios).
Todo el personal muy amable.
Lo único que me disgustó fue el horario del desayuno y cena, ya que no lo considero adaptado al horario de España y sí al horario Inglés.

I think Servigroup are the best chain of hotels in Benidorm by far however this one needs a little updating to get to the others standard. Bit of a steep hill to get to it so if you have any trouble with walking it's maybe not the place for you. All the staff great and friendly and the hotel is clean

What a brilliant holiday we had at the Rialto. Every member of staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel manager was very polite and friendly and always had his finger on the pulse checking everything was running smoothly. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. Great choice of food beautifully cooked and presented. Entertainment was satisfactory but hey this is Benidorm entertainment is everywhere. Thank you for a great time we loved it. Will certainly be back. If we had to make a suggestion play more cheerful music around the pool area as the music we heard was all sad songs x

Partiendo de la premisa de ser un hotel de la cadena Servigroup ya hay cosas que se dan por supuestas como la buena calidad tanto en la atención por parte de los empleados como la de la comida del restaurante.
Sin embargo, en este caso ha habido un aspecto que no me ha gustado con respecto a la maitre.
El restaurante estaba muy bien atendido, recogido, etc, pero descuidaba cosas muy importantes.
Si bien “invita” a los comensales al entrar a echarse gel hidroalcoholico (con cierto todo de obligatoriedad debo añadir) en ningún caso he visto que se llamase la atención a la gente que se levantaba al buffet sin la mascarilla y no eran pocos precisamente. Estos mismos, en ocasiones, también entraban y salían del comedor sin la mascarilla.
Así como de ver gente saliendo del restaurante con una destacable cantidad de comida envuelta en servilletas y tampoco se les decía nada.
Las normas son para acatarlas y, en este caso, la persona dedicada a ello hacía cosas más triviales que no deberían impedir hacer las otras.

Both my husband and myself have recently contracted mobility issues. Husband has tendinitis and l have sciatica. The hotel has a ban on mobility scooters on the premises. There is a garage and if we had hired a car it could park there but they refused to assist us. It had an impact on our holiday.
Overall the hotel was ok. Food was very repetitive but always hot. We noticed the change in food when the Spanish people arrived. Generally when we go away water is free but there is a charge for this. Cleaners were in the room on a daily basis doing a great job.

The Hotel was brilliant plenty of food good breakfast plenty of choice very polite and friendly staff room very clean recommend it will go there again definitely

Found it to be a nice and friendly hotel reception and staff we're very helpful breakfast was great fried eggs and bacon was cooked in front of you and a wide range of sausage toms mushrooms fried bread. Tea was not to bad a different range each night good bar and cabaret each night the only drawback you had to climb a bit of an hi'll to get to it

Lovely staff hotel very clean enjoyed entertainment. Only thing I disagree with is having to buy water at dinning room. Food was OK not the best iv had but ok.

Stayed in this hotel twice, both were great experiences, staff are very polite. The food is good but if you want decent entertainment you have to venture out to the local pubs. Will definitely stay here again though.
