Great value for money, lovely staff and clean room and bedding. The food was very good although not as much choice as larger hotels. This was a plus for us as Pedro the chef was very attentive and delivered lovely food served in a lovely manner.

The food was extremely good, without being over complicated, all areas were very clean, over all it's quite and relaxing.

This is my third and last update live from this hotel, November 2019. It's undoubtedly a nice place. The restaurant gives a great well presented breakfast. The rooms and service are excellent. I will just say one last time that some form of inclusive drink should be available at the evening meal, instead of just pay options. If only a tea, coffee or orange juice. We do know a bit about hotels by the way, having worked in the entertainment industry for 45 years. 4 stars now from us.

Great choice at buffet restaurant. Rooms were cleaned every day. Reason I gave 3 star were rooms bit dated.

Hotel was spotless maids who cleaned the rooms are fabulous. In the dinning room I found one waitress lady in particular very rude to people and abrupt, I felt she really didn't want to be there. The young chief was wonderful'Pedro"

En nuestra estancia del 3 de noviembre de 2019, por la mañana no hubo agua caliente en todas las habitaciones del hotel, aunque gran número de clientes lo comunicaron en recepción. Esto nos llevó a poner una reclamación formal por el servicio no recibido y ante ello nos dijo la recepcionista que hoy día 4 nos llamaría por teléfono el Director del hotel, pero esta llamada no se ha producido. Mala política la de una empresa que te cobra la totalidad de la estancia en recepción "antes" de que te alojes y que no cuida a clientes habituales, ni se responsabiliza de las deficiencias del servicio, que eso sí, ha cobrado por adelantado. Lamentable la gestación del hotel. Una empresa tiene que resarcir al cliente del servicio "no prestado".

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Staff were brilliant and friendly. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Food was one of the best I have had in a hotel plenty of choice. Added bonus of free safe and fridge. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely staff good food veary clean good entertainment always someone at hand in a emergency if needed 4th year in a row to come back hope to come back here for a lot of more years I will give 5 star's

Only down side is the parking and lack of choice at the buffet dinner.

Muy muy buen sitio, es un 3 estrellas pero se merece alguna más, podría mejorar un poco la animación de la noche pero es lo de menos, el bufet muy variado y bueno, y la animación de la piscina es muy buena

Muy buena ubicación, habitación y baño muy completos y la limpieza diaria y muy cuidada.
Buffet pequeñito, pero muy buena comida y muy bien elaborada. El rabo de toro increíble!
El personal muy agradable y atento en todo momento.
Un hotel pequeño, tranquilo, y en el que no falta de nada.
Sin duda repetiría.

Llevamos un día aquí (407) y la verdad que estamos encantados.
Tanto personal como instalaciones y la calidad de los servicios son excelentes.
Seguiremos disfrutando de este maravilloso hotel.

Muy Recomendable

As a 3 star hotel this ticks all the boxes and more. The bedroom decor is a bit dated but clean and tidy.
The reception staff are super helpful. Finding us buses and scissors when we needed them. The cleaning staff are very good and daily clean the corridors and rooms. Towels are changed regularly and beds made. Rooms are air conditioned so you are never too hot.
Pool was a fair size and there was always a lounger free. This maybe because you are only a 5 minute walk from the beach down short road. Bar staff were friendly and drinks always cold Another pool bonus was Aqua Gym! We have no end of fun each day bouncing around in the pool, the instructor was good fun and loves you to engage.
Food in the restaurant was varied and good quality. Many choices to have each meal time and not often repeated over our week stay. Our vegetarian daughter was restricted mostly to pizza and chips but she wasn't bothered by that. You have to buy all drinks in the evening restaurant. Can add up a bit however they do put part bottles of wine in the fridge for the next day if you don't finish it! You can't get a cuppa tea or coffee for after your meal either, this has to be at the bar. So no tea and cake I'm afraid!
I'd happily stay here again with family and friends. Well situated too at the one and of the beach omly 20 minute walk from Aqualandia if you fancy that

Cold food, noisy rooms. Located at top of steep hill. Sun doesn’t come out poolside until 11: 30am. Better hotels in Benidorm.

Lastima el servicio de habitaciones que hay días que no te hacen la habitación por lo demás muy bien.

Limpieza mal 3 días sin cambiar las sábanas debajo de la cama no se molestan ni en limpiar por lo demás bien pero lo que es la higiene mal

Buena situación referente a la playa, muy buena atención del personal sobre todo en el restaurante que es lo más tocas. La comida genial, buena cocina. Wifi y nevera gratis, piscina limpia. Habitaciones normales, pero cómodas, tanto Colchon como las almohadas y cojines que te proporcionan. Instalaciones limpias y cuidadas, repetirá!
