Really bad service. Not The Best cars you can find. And they trick you when you walk in. If you have any complaints, find your way on the website. They don't really care at their offices. I got a Broken car, and it had not been clean. They only put a sticker on the door which was already teared. Really bad

Buena experiencia con Record go. Alquilamos dos vehículos para un fin de semana, estaban a la hora, limpios, nos atendieron bien y amablemente. Siempre es de agradecer que te faciliten las cosas con una sonrisa.

By Far the worst rental experience ever.
Upon returning the car, they then informed me that these scratches on the UNDERSIDE of the front bumper (likely caused by stones from the road and completely unavoidable) are new and there will be a charge. (£241)
Then upon arriving home I get another email: "The car was returned in poor condition inside and "SPECIAL CLEANING" is required" (£81). Attached to the email is a few photos of the footwells of each seat showing SAND!
The worst part of this is that all the rubber footwell matts that come with every new car had been removed. So although we cleaned the car of all rubbish, it was not possible to shake out the sand on the matts as there WASN'T ANY!
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

Booked a Record go car via Swiss website, therefore assumed it's a reputed respectable company, but far from it. Forgot the check beforehand, which is my mistake.
My experience:
-had to call 3x to be picked up at the airport,
-handover of car was unfriendly and very pushy to book additional insurance cover and services
-car was clean, but old with very worn clutch, lots of dents, scratches and damages already and a very bad smell of cold sweat, very unpleasant, but sadly we only found this out after leaving their offices late due to delayed pickup and therefore in a rush
-on return they approached the car and found an new 'invented' scratch of just over 4cm, which is the contractual limit and charged €200. - + €50. - administration charge. The alledged scratch was not even visible on the photo 'proof' handed to us.
-the web is full of comments on the company taking about FRAUD and RIP-off, which is sadly saw to late and now can reconfirm. So totally AVOID booking this company and SWISS avoid that a fraudulent company like RecordGO is bookable their website.
-i have now contacted their customer service by mail.the automated response is that they take their right to respond within 30 days, which is coincidentally to time-frame to dispute credit card charges.
-I will now dispute the charge via my credit card company and take legal action against the firm via my legal protection insurance.
-very unpleasant, please don't fall in the same trap and go with a reputable company. Seemingly cheap offer turns out fraudulent and very expensive.

The company has responded to my review and asked to send full details of my case to a customer service e-mail provided, which i have done over a week ago and still waiting for a response. I would be very surprised if i get one in the first place and if so, if it goes beyond the usual generic, standardized answer

Edit 2: Another week has gone by.still no reply from them after i was asked here to contact them by mail. You just receive an automated response saying they take their right to respond within 30 days, which coincidentally is the same period up to which you can reject your credit card charges. What customer service is that? Take 30 days to respond! I sincerely doubt given the experience so far there will be a response EVER!
Respectless and fraudulent!
