Il est vrai que les 2 trajets sont bien structurés, mais ne vous emballez pas trop pour l'air climatisé au premier étage (très important pour moi). Après avoir pris plusieurs autobus différentes sur 2 jours, ce n'est pas égal pour tous. N'imaginez pas vous refroidir convenablement, à part d'avoir la tête dans la ventilation. Avec les 2 escaliers ouverts, ça reste chaud et pour certains autobus, c'est insupportable (visite en juillet). Je déplore l'absence d'offre famille; ça reste cher. Étant donné qu'on arrête à quelques endroits et non les 40 arrêts, je vous suggère de prendre une passe de métro. Le guide audio comporte des informations intéressantes, mais il y a davantage de musique d'ascenseur et d'offre promotionnelles. Le personnel est accueillant par contre, j'ai eu de très bons contacts avec les employés de l'autobus.

Sitting in the bus as we speak, the bus is full so definitely not enough buses for the amount of people taking it. Employee inside very rude and shouts at everyone because people have entered the bus and want to remain downstairs as it is 40 degrees outside, but no seating left. He keeps the first row empty as per “the rules” as he says, keeps talking about the rules inside the bus. My boyfriend had to remain standing as we came in with a stroller, and we did not have the choice to decide to take the baby on our lap, because the guy told us we could not change our mind.the guy is a total control freak, defines rules I’ve never heard of in any other bus of the same company. But that bad experience makes me give one star. You can’t have employees like that working with tourists.
