Tuve una cita con mujer para mi cumpleaños en este restaurante.

Fue maravilloso e inmejorable. Atención excelente, un menú muy completo, de una calidad excepcional y con unos platos muy elaborados y completos, pero sin ser pretenciosos. Los sabores son muy agradables al paladar de principio a fin.

Tiene una relación calidad/precio muy buena y me atrevería a decir que inmejorable en su categoría. Soy consciente del servicio que dan, del trabajo de esas obras maestras culinarias y del coste de un producto de esa calidad.

Muy recomendable el sitio, nosotros degustamos el menú ejecutivo.

Después de reservar por teléfono en nuestra escapada de pareja a Barcelona (en una llamada que duro 20 minutos y en la que nos pidieron el número de tarjeta con su fecha de caducidad e incluso el código de seguridad), al llegar no constaba la mesa reservada. Nos comentaron que podría ser por un error de la encargada de las reservas, poniendo en duda en un primer momento que hiciéramos llamado realmente para hacer la reserva. Al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones nos ofrecen una hoja en blanco, teniendo que instituir para que nos fueran la hoja oficial de reclamacuones de la Generalitat.
En fin, una experiencia desastrosa y más considerando que es un estrella Michelin.

Amazing experience! We came for lunch and enjoyed every bit of it. Everything from the service to the food is fantastic and we savoured every bite. Tip: We booked table, but were seated at the bar and it was definitely more worth it. You get to see all the food preparation and can interact with the chefs and even Mr. Fornell himself came to greet us. Overall I will cherish this experience and will definitely visit again when in Barcelona

The food was excelent. I had the "small" tasting menu with winemenu. Don't eat too much of the wonderful bread.
Beatiful servings and great rich taste. Almost too much. I'm so full.
Would have liked to have one waiter, thats why I did not give a lot of tips.
But absolutely a great expierince

Just one phone call was enough for the most pathetic experience from a Michelin restaurant ever.
I tried to book through the Fork app, but the reservation was not going through for some reason with my credit cards. Called to make the reservation, and talked to a female staff (who literally refused to give me her name, which is just laughable) who turned out to be the most unprofessional and incompetent person in the service industry I have encountered. I explained that I wanted to book through the app to use my points. She cut me through most of what I was saying and made a regular reservation for me. I told her again I wanted to book through the Fork app for the reason, and she literally snapped at me "ugh you didn't tell me that before! ". First of all, this is just RUDE. I don't even talk to my friend in that manner, and this is now how you talk to you customers, EVER. Especially when you are working at a hotel restaurant too. And I did made it very clear from the beginning, she just did not listen carefully. Then she kept on saying "I don't understand what? What? " (like she did not even know about the app in which the restaurant is listed.do you even work here?).

At this point I really wanted to talk to someone else so I asked her who am I speaking with, and she completely IGNORED me and said "wait wait", and I said "ok I will wait, but what is your name? ", and she ignored me on purpose again (lol first time I have this experience and last time for sure) and just put me on hold, and passed me off to someone at the reception. Of course it was my job to explain everything all over again. This is just unbelievably unprofessional. Whoever she was (again I do not know her name since she just refused to tell me) should not work for a Michelin star restaurant, or actually just in the service industry. You are putting all of your coworkers and kitchen staffs' hard work go to waste.

Amazing service from the waiters and very knowledgeable sommeliers!
Had the vegetarian tasting menu and everything was delicious and the wine pairing was spot on each time.

The Restaurant is inside the hotel. We had a lunch menu. There is no way to describe. It deserves better than Michelle 1star. When I have traveled in Spain for 2weeks. Spanish dish is generally salty, but here is perfect. The soup and steak is fantastic. You guys should try it. The staff is gentleman and lady. Thanks for all staffs.

Fatal, fatal. No se ni que decir.parece nueva cocina, se dan aires de grandeza pero no tienen la base.la cocina brilla por su ausencia. No volvere por supuesto, he comido muy regular y tan poca cantidad que casi parece que te toman el pelo. Grcias a que como no es nada del otro mundo tampoxo se exha de menos repetir. Mal mal mal, uno de los peores sitios que he estado en su franja de precio. Mas cocina y menos tonteria.

Amazing restaurant, French haute cuisine at its best (the Toulouse-born Chef Romain Fornell is the youngest chef to achieve a coveted Michelin star award).

Great and very convenient location, on the second floor of Hotel Olla, right on Via Laietana. To get to the restaurant, take the stairs to the second floor, turn right and follow the short hallway to the restaurant. Caelis features both table and bar counter seating.

Awesome and highly inventive food that doesn't require further elaboration. Very good service and great prices, that is for a Michelin-star establishment. There are two tasting menus offered: "Land and Sea" (€ 92 pp) and "Celebration" (€ 132 pp). A vegetarian menu and wine pairing options are also available.

5-stars experience indeed at its fullest.

Had the most amazing birthday dinner at Caelis. Caelis has 3 tasting menus: Earth and Sea, Celebration  and Vegetarian. I chose the Earth and Sea & wine pairing

The tasting consisted of the following:

Starters.
• Squid ink bread
• Vermouth bombon
• Basil and parmesan pizza
• Cured egg yolk tart and caviar
• Tapioca and beef tartare
• Trout roe fritter and creme fraiche
• Homemade bread and butter selection (tomato, black olive & rosemary)
• Frozen vichyssoise with “botarga”
• Cuttlefish with wild mushrooms and hen broth

Main Courses.
• Macaroni “surf and turf”, lobster and artichokes, in two services
• Grilled Snapper, bouillabaisse sauce and tarragon mayonnaise
• Beef in ashes from wineyard from Priorat

Desserts.
•  Cheese selection
• Chocolate passion
• Caelis piña colada

Hats off to Chef Romain Fornell, Sommeliers Morris & Alberto, Sofia & the whole team. I look forward to dining at Caelis again.

My favorite restaurant in Spain and possibly in all of Europe. Sit at the bar and you get a show as well. Food was fantastic and the service was incredible. Friendly staff who are well trained and has zero attitude unlike some of the other Michelin starred restaurants. Highly recommended.

He ido a comer la segunda vez y mantengo mi opinion que es un sitio que vale la pena visitar (y repetir). La comida es elaborada, vino muy bueno, atencion inmejorable, calidad-precio incomparable (considerando menu caelis), decoración minimalista, con un toque elegante pero no demasiado formal. El postre era delicioso (no he comido un postre tan bueno en ningun sitio, es una combinación de los sabores espectacular, las dos veces que he ido ha sido un postre diferente pero igual delicioso)

This place is an absolute treat. One of the best value Michelin star restaurants ever. I don't think 1 star is enough at all. I have dined in 3 stars that were not as good. The staff are so attentive. The menu is very clever and inventive. I have nothing bad or even ok to say about this place. Had an absolutely wonderful time. I recommend you sit at the bar for your chefs tasting. It's such a fun experience. I'll never forget this one. Thank you Caelis!

Je recommande car le personnel est très professionnelle, la cuisine excellente. Un cadre magnifique. J ai énormément apprécié dîner romantique avec mon mari car on fête nos 12 ans mariage. Merci à toute l équipe

Restaurante 100% recomendable, estrella Michelin más que merecida.

Fuimos con mi mujer a celebrar una ocasión especial y la verdad es que nos encantó. La comida estaba de 10 y encima tienen muchos detalles con los clientes.

Mención especial merece la amabilidad del personal ya que son muy amables y hacen que la experiencia sea perfecta.

El detalle que te dejen tomar el café en la terraza es la guinda del pastel.

The lunch here is for 42 euros, with sparkling water and coffee, with good cost performance, you can be satisfied with Michelin too. It will soon become a two star.
And after-meal coffee can be enjoyed at the rooftop bar
