Camino Barcelona Spanish language school

Had a great experience in 2019 for one week and am now studying here for 6 months and really enjoying it!

Highly recommended! Professional and friendly tutors, special attention to the students, very positive atmosphere! You can definitely improve your level of Spanish!

I’ve tried 2 other language schools in Barcelona and Camino is by far the best. The teachers are excellent and the class structure is perfect mix of grammar and practical conversation. I’ve completed two intensive courses and after both noticed a big change in my level. Highly recommend!

One of the best Spanish Schools in Barcelona. Classes and lessons are amazing and fully immersive. With daily activities it's easy to meet and interact with fellow classmates, students and teachers. A must activity is the paella party. The best paella in Barcelona. Would highly recommend this school

I really like this shool and its activities. It is always fun. Teachers are really nice and helpfull and every day different activities to get to know the city and and other students. You can learn a lot in a short time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Camino! I came without any prior knowledge of Spanish and after only a month I was confident in speaking basic sentences.
The teachers were enthusiastic and interested and the lessons challenging and fun.
I also liked how helpful everybody working in the school was! With any matter I had, I felt very taken care of. Everybody was courteous and helpful.
The atmosphere with the other students was also great - especially if you live on site.

They are delaying the refund for students.similar case to (Altana Go). And claiming the cause of the delay is the covid situation. Very bad communication, they do not call back or even write back to solve such problems. They only call students when they are expecting a transfer.

In Barcelona for 2 weeks during the holiday season, taking a super intensive course. The teachers have all been great! Quality teaching, materials, and formats. They really take time to make sure you LEARN. So many options as well to extend learning outside of the classroom like different activities (essentially guided tours in Spanish offered by the school). My 1: 1 conversation courses (Marina’s assigned to me as my tutor) have been worth it! Marina has been so patient and offered a good environment for me to learn where we focus on progress instead of perfection. The admin staff have all be really helpful and responsive as well. I’m definitely returning to take more courses here — maybe even online while I wait to be here in person again! Thank you, Camino! ️

The school offers everything you need to immerse yourself in the language as well as the Spanish culture. Took an activity with Nuria and learned things about Barcelona I wouldn't have known otherwise! Great opportunity to converse and learn like native! Highly recommended! The admin is so good at helping you out with any questions you may have!

️️️️ LOVE IT! Camino have been very helpful. I enquired after a friend recommended the school to me and explained that I wanted to stay in Spain long term and discussed the options with a member of their team (I chose levels b2-c1) which is 22 weeks and camino were very nice in offering me an extra 10 weeks in my visa letter (I’m a British citizen and needed a student visa after brexit) they also answered any questions I had before arriving and helped me choose a medical insurance provider (also needed after brexit). The school is very easy to access from the airport and is only 6€ by bus. I am staying in the Camino residence, my room is huge with a balcony and view of the street, the apartment is well furnished and very clean so I am very happy. The staff in the apartments are helpful and gave me a duvet/ directions for somewhere when I asked. As for the classes I asked to move up a level and was able to do that the very next day. The teachers are super funny and very helpful. I do the intensive classes but have made friends here who do the conversation classes/ private classes and they say they are also super helpful. I have only been here 2 weeks out of my 32 but I have already done so many activities (free or cheap) with the school. The activities change all of the time and there are even opportunities to win free classes/ massages/ food/ activity tickets which is something I’ve not experienced in similar schools (in Madrid) my Spanish has come on massively in the two weeks I’ve been here so I’m very excited to see my level of Spanish after 32 weeks! I would highly recommend this language school for all levels and all ages for Spanish learners. The school is filled with extremely welcoming staff and students. Not to mention they have excellent customer service for any inquiries or questions you may have about the school. My favorite part about the school is how classes are structured, along with a multitude of events going on daily for students to get connected and explore the city of Barcelona. 11/10

I had a five week intensive course. The teachers are amazing and you do learn a lot! Helps me immensly during my trip around South America. 100% recommendation!

I would highly recommend this school for both the true beginner (A1) and then more advanced Spanish speaker. I signed up as a true beginner for two weeks and added two additional weeks because I enjoyed the school, teachers, the activities and getting to know other students from around the world. The teachers were true professionals and they never made me feel dumb when I wasn't getting the material down as quickly as some of the younger students. The optional activities after school that the staff organized were fun and most of them were free. The other students attending the school were fun and always ready to go do something after school was over and homework was completed. I am from the USA, in my early 50's and I know that I will have friends and fellow Camino students from around the world after attending this school. My wife (B1) and I hope to return to Barcelona in 2023 to spend additional time in Barcelona and taking another week or so of classes. Salud!

If you want to really learn spanish and have a good quality of life while doing so. You should join this school. Super profesional and super nice teachers, lots of activities after classes, lots of new friends! Even after one week of lessons you can already feel the progress. Highly recommend!

After spending 4 months at Camino Barcelona, this has got to be the best language school in all of Barcelona. Every staff member is incredible, and very helpful. The courses are taught and explained at a good pace, and if you are stuck the professors are more then happy to help you out. You never feel like you are on the spot, or made to feel like you can't raise your hand, every comment or confusion is welcomed.

Wish I could have stayed for longer at the school to continue my Spanish learning, but if I ever have to enrol in a language school in Barcelona, I would 100% come back to Camino Barcelona. Highly recommended!
