Bien, el personal es muy educado, entré casi antes del cierre. Proporcionaron un gran servicio e incluso hicieron mi reembolso antes de impuestos, gracias.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste time. We arrived at 6: 30pm and waiting for more than 1 hour. Someone come out and told us they close at 8pm so we can’t come in. Why not stopping the line earlier rather than wasting everyone’s time?

La gente viene aquí con dinero, pero parece que les estamos rogando que nos vendan bolsas. El personal te da actitud, no quieren mostrarte nada. Todo es "lo siento, este es el último, el último color". Compras lo que te quieren vender ¡No lo que realmente quieres! ¡Es por eso que no gasto mi precioso dinero aquí! Ve a otro lugar que te traten mejor. ¡No compre solo porque cree que tiene que hacerlo!

¡El servicio más asqueroso de todos! Mantener a los clientes en el calor a +37 durante casi una hora, y luego cerrar la puerta frente a sus narices y decir que están cerrados. "servicio" español, o más bien su ausencia total en todo su esplendor, incluso en Chanel! ¡Aprende de tus colegas franceses!

Mi bolso estaba empaquetado sin certificado de autenticidad. Dos semanas después, mi cuñada tuvo la misma experiencia en el mismo local de Chanel en Barcelona. ¡Resulta que las bolsas ahora tienen microchips!

Por favor sea amable. Compré una bolsa de temporada, pero no pude encontrarla en ninguna parte de Corea.
Los tipos de billetera son muy pocos y limitados.
También vi los aretes, pero son más pequeños que mi billetera.
Fui a ir temprano, pero no hay gente.

No vayas a menos que quieras perder el tiempo. Llegamos a las 6: 30 pm y esperamos más de 1 hora. Alguien salió y nos dijo que cierran a las 8 p.m, por lo que no podemos entrar. ¿Por qué no detener la fila antes en lugar de hacer perder el tiempo a todos?

Dejan que los clientes hagan cola en perpendicular a la acera, interrumpiendo el paso de los peatones. Los porteros no hacen nada para impedirlo a pesar de estar viendo las molestias que ocasionan. Todo eso en pleno Paseo de Gràcia de Barcelona, demostrando su menosprecio hacia quienes no son sus clientes. Una falta total de respeto

We had a great experience with Christina! She was super helpful and even pulled out a couple of pre-summer collection for us and found matching shoes, jackets and accessories to go with it. If you’re visiting this location ask for Christina!

Very poor experience.
Tried calling and emailing before hand to inquire availability and to get an appointment, nothing was honored. The inventory is low and the SA’s are not helpful at all. Got the sense that because I didn’t look like their “regular clientele” I did not get received well. I was told there would be restocking on Monday. Arrive there, wait in line for 45 mins only to be told there is no stock. I am pretty certain the SA’s are choosing who they sell what to which is a shame. Would not recommend this store or the staff which is a shame. Ended up getting a bag from LV with much better stock, much much better and non judgemental staff as well as a piece that is still classic but doesn’t make you go around in circles to get it even after having the money to pay for it. Very disappointed with Chanel Barcelona

Horrible service.if they still use Premier Tax Refund, I'll never shop there again! They try all means to stop your tax refund! Called the store and there is even no one can speak English! What a super brand!

I would say this location is more of a 3.5 but I can’t give half stars. Anyway, the SA’s are all friendly and helpful. The store itself is typical of most Chanel boutiques, nothing that really stands out. Where it loses points is the mediocre inventory. They had no card holders, barely any wallets, no classic bags in black or tan available, nearly no sizes of shoes unless you have tiny or huge feet, and very little jewelry. I understand many locations are usually sold out of the popular colors and styles. However, that’s a planning issue between retail and corporate that should be improved. There was a very short wait to get in on the Thursday evening we went, and I suspect it will be even longer closer to Christmas so be aware.

I had a great experience at the Chanel store! I had to wait in line a bit, but everyone was welcoming and friendly once I stepped inside. Stock seemed quite limited, but they had a classic black bag that was calling my name. It was the last one—and big shout out to Rachel, who was helping me, for being kind and giving me space to take my time—despite others wanting the bag. I didn’t know that inventory was so low, so I wasn’t prepared to make such a quick decision. Anyway, she was fantastic, and I’m really happy with my purchase and the whole experience overall!
