Such a bad experience for a luxury brand. I asked the SA if they had any boy Chanel bags in stock as I was ready to buy and she said no, when clearly right behind her in the display there was a boy Chanel. I asked what they have in stock for bags and she said anything that is displayed in store. I walked around and the SA just followed us. I heard a customer ask to see a flap and WOC and her SA brought it out for her. I told the SA that it seems like there are things in stock even if they aren’t displayed like she mentioned. She struggled to provide a response and said those bags just arrived.like ok what? Do something useful other than just following me around the store. Went to LV and Gucci with a total 360 experience and dedicated SAs.

Love the service! Everyone’s so friendly and welcoming. I have made a couple purchases in Chanel BCN. Mari Cruz and her colleagues are all so professional, patient, and welcoming. I had a splendid shopping experience.

Desastre la atención, muy desagradable, el vendedor me perseguía como si fuera a robar y cuando pregunte por algunas cosas me contradijo como si fuera una tonta, fue grosero y ademas no sabía tanto de la casa Chanel como yo! Pésimos modales y mal coaching en luxury retail.

The 1st time I came to check a specific item, service by one particular SA was really good. She was very nice and accommodating.
However, after few days when I came back to buy some bag, another SA assisted me. Terrible service, she doesn’t even looked at me and was busy looking at her nails. I requested a smaller box but she told me they cannot accommodate such request, but Chanel in Rome have helped me before same request. The guy at the cashier who processed my payment showed bad attitude when I asked him that the address written for tax refund was wrong and if he can update it. He told me that I should have checked my profile carefully if the details were correct. Luxury price but horrible service. Doesn’t even offer any drinks at all as courtesy even if we will reject nor to at least sit while waiting for the payment to process.

I’ve been looking forward to this purchase for months. I left so disappointed. The woman helping me wouldn’t even look me in the eye when speaking to me. She was not very attentive and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. My experience was overall just not very pleasant.

Limited selection of goods, no new capes from current season, no mini classic flaps, lots of pinks and greens with fewer classic or classy colors. Also, my friend purchased a wallet and a handbag and the wallet did not fit easily in the handbag so she attempted to return the following morning, only to be told that she could only get store credit TO BE USED AT ONLY THIS STORE. Then we were informed that they would not ship items to us in the US. So.choose from their selected limited goods or no refund. Terrible service when we just spent over $15,000 euros there the day before.

3 semanas para solventar un problema con unos pendientes. Servicio post venta patético en producto de lujo sobrevalorados. Luego lloran de que vendan sus bolsos en el Top Manta.

Una atenció pèssima, em van jutjar i em van tractar com si no em pogués permetre res de la botiga, mira que Chanel és una marca que m'apassiona, però després de l'experiència no tornaré a comprar a la signatura.  ¡¡¡¡Canviar de personal perquè és pèssim!

Purchased a gift for my wife, she decided she wouldn’t use the item as often as I thought she would. We returned to the store and the associate was very patient and attentive to what my wife was looking for. She found the perfect bag and my wife is happy!

I can only say wonderful things about the private event they did! It just seemed wonderful to me.they made me feel like a princess
The store is closed, respecting all the rules.
I was able to enjoy a presentation of their products in the hotel suite room. It was magnificent and as Coco Chanel would say "The only way to be irreplaceable is always to be different"

Store closed! Doesn’t have the products which are the website! Receive their clients in the street! What a joke! So I went to Gucci, and ne they were open and had stock!

Fuimos a comprar un anillo. Nos atendió Loubna. Nos gustó mucho la atención que nos dio porque fue elegante y cercana a la vez. Nos ofreció tomar agua (solo podía ser esto por el covid). Le pedí probar un Timeless, diciendo que era solo por la ilusión (no lo iba a comprar) de probar una pieza tan icónica y aún así me trajo 3 Timeless diferentes. Los agentes de seguridad también fueron muy simpáticos con nuestra hija de 10 meses. Sin ninguna duda una experiencia muy agradable.

Unlike the Chanel stores in the states where you have to find someone to help you, this store assigns sales assistant to you, and my sa was very nice. She didn’t rush though there was a long line, and said “this is not cheap, so think about it carefully”. She suggested to try it with and without coat, and bring me different bags to try with. After I made the payment I wanted to try a classic bag, though I can buy only one bag and I told her that I just want to try it, she still brought me the bag I asked for in different colors. How I wish the Chanel boutiques in the states could learn from here!

Not only a store, but also a place where the customer is treated Chanel like: with class, level, education and attention given to the customer.

I was advised and accustomed by Daria. First class.

I am a customer of Zurich store and just decided to change it to Barcelona.

No aniversário de minha namorado resolvi levá-la a Chanel, já esperava gastar um pouco a mais do que eu poderia mas faço tudo por minha amada! Não me arrependi pois sei que são produtos de ótima qualidade e que vão durar muito tempo, uma vida inteiro eu me arriscaria a dizer dependendo do cuidado da pessoa. Nos fomos super bem atendidos, funcionários super bem dispostos com o seu trabalho (devem estar ganhando bem para isso).
Se eu pudesse com certeza daria tudo que vimos na loja para a minha namorada de tão bom que os atendentes foram connosco. Eu recomendo muito para vocês! A loja é limpa e organizada, tem um cheirinho muito bom e você vai de sentir muito a vontade lá dentro! Espero que todas as lojas da Chanel no mundo seja como essa! Perfeito simplesmente sem palavras para o serviço de vocês! Muito obrigada
