J'ai eu la chance de séjourner dans une colocation Happy Casa au cœur de Barcelone pour mon programme ERASMUS, et je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'une meilleure expérience. L'emplacement était fantastique, me plaçant au centre ville et à proximité de tout. L'appartement lui-même était spacieux, bien entretenu et bien conçu, offrant un espace de vie confortable pour moi et mes quatre colocataires également étrangers comme moi.

As an American university student living in Barcelona, I enjoyed my apartment owned by Happycasa. The apartment was located in the El Clot area of the city. The kitchen had all of the essentials supplied to the tenants. My bedroom, the living room and both bathrooms were well maintained. The only issue I had with the apartment was the limitation on electrical consumption. Many times the electric power in the whole apartment would shut off if a certain number of lights or machines in the apartment were being used at the same time. For example, If the oven and the washing machine were both used at the same time, the power in the entirety of the apartment would always shut off. I hope this situation can be improved for the future. My fellow residents and I would have gladly paid extra in monthly rent in order to increase the electrical capability of the flat in order to avoid this problem. Despite this issue, I enjoyed my experience living in the apartment.

Je suis passée par la biais de happycasa pour trouver une chambre au sein d'une colocation pour une période d'1 an à Barcelona (échange Erasmus). Je n'ai pas été déçu. Ma chambre est similaire aux photos. Aucune arnaque et les agents sont très clairs sur les frais à payer. Nous avons au cours de mon séjour rencontré des problèmes de punaise de lit dans ma colocation. L'agence a su être réactive et prendre en charge l'ensemble du traitement de l'appartement. J'ai aussi eu un problème avec le volet de ma chambre et l'agence à envoyé un réparateur.

The flat (including kitchen) is furnished and equipped. My flatmates have been amazing also.
