The service is very good. Whenever I had a problem they could solve it in less than 2 days. I had washing machine changed and technicians whenever something was broken. They are available at any moment for any question!

Widely captured misleading photos, when you first enter the room you realize it is as small as a virgin's p u $ $ y.agency is a true scam.if you text about it on whatsapp they say "sorry we cant help wr are on holidays but if you want to rent a room you can text us 7/24". This is literally the worst ever organisation in barcelona.they use fake comments and thumbs up to upvote their scam organisation.look at this, everyday a new fake message praising them and many thumbs up to those fake messages on the same day.this is impossible even for the most famous companies.even just this fake commenting system clearly explains how big this scam is.they will never turn back the deposit to you even if you get a false room.avoid this c r a p

Excelente servicio. Desde el inicio de mi proceso para apartar mi habitación se comportaron de una manera atenta y en menos de una semana ya tenía las llaves del piso.

De igual manera, siempre que lo he necesitado, brindan su apoyo y pronta respuesta.

Definitivamente los recomiendo ampliamente si están en busca de piso o habitación en la ciudad de Barcelona.

Las habitaciones estan muy bien, con todos los servicios incluidos, internet de alta velocidad y comunicacion muy agil con la empresa para cualquier cosa que ocurra!

The only steal your money. For example if you don't go to do the check-in at the exact time they want they ask you for 35 euros (they tell you the time just two days before). The contract they make to firm is crazy (for example if you call someone in the apartment he/she has to pay 10 euros for night) and they show you it only after you pay the deposit. They are crazy!

I had a very pleasant stay with Happy Casa during my time in Barcelona! Always super helpful and easy to get in contact with all hours of the day, can especially recommend Dana who I’ve been in contact with the most. The flat looked more or less like in the photos, my room had a lot of storage which was really nice. The flat I stayed in didn’t have an oven (which I was aware of moving in) which I missed a little bit but that was probably the only downside.
Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Happycasa for everything. Im really so satisfed by everything which i got at my apartament. People who work here and the Owner were so nice and kind and if i got some issues to solve about document stuff, or if i needed some help, they always helped me to fix everything without any problems. Moreover i loved the hood where the apartment is situated, because over there there were everything around next to each other: different shops, metro stations, buses. I really recommended to stay at Happycasa.

Vine a Barcelona para hacer un semestre universitario, no fue nada fácil encontrar alojamiento pero lo logré gracias a Happycasa. La habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones, el apartamento también y los compañeros de habitación eran todos súper agradables. Recomiendo encarecidamente la agencia, ¡muy receptivos y agradables!

I DON'T RECOMMEND! I wanted to rent an apartment in Barcelona with start date during next week. The agent Anna H was so surprised and told me the apartment is available NOW, so if I want to rent it's necessary to move in TODAY or TOMORROW. I'm sorry but are you serious? Who normal person changes his address from today to tomorrow without even seen it? Do you care for your clients or the money are the most important for you after all? At the end, agent absolutely didn't care about situation and told me she already has another customer who already wanted to rent the apartment. Well done, Happycasa!
