I got called to discuss possibilities with a room. As I was explaining, the lady didn't even let me finish my sentence and told me goodbye and hung up the phone. She was all about efficiency and whatever but there was no reason to be rude. This shows me that to them you are just money that they want to get quickly. -> Response: There is really no need for damage control, the employee on the phone was simply rude by not taking the time to correctly finish the conversation. It is what it is, it happened, I am happy.

To avoid! All they care about is the money you will pay. Bad value for your money (apartment was dirty and in a bad shape) and no sign of decent customer service here.

I have had the most pleasant experience with Happy Casa, especially with Dana who was so helpful and attentive. They are a really good company to go with, especially for students as they have good prices and the process was super easy. Really recommend

Está agencia no tiene nada de bueno.
Además están incurriendo en un delito al desvelar cual ha sido el trato con anteriores inquilinos que dejan una (merecida) mala reseña aquí.
Se ve a la legua que TODAS las reseñas favorables son FALSAS incluso hay algunas que se hacen ellos mismos.
Dais pena estafadores.
