Entré con una amiga a mirar varios tarjeteros y he de decir que la atención recibida fue excelente. El dependiente no hablaba muy bien español, pero aun así estuvo a la altura: simpatía, educación y saber estar. Supo explicarme el tipo de pieles, el grano, su historia…
Al irnos nos obsequió con unas muestras del nuevo perfume de la maison francesa (H24), junto a un par de catálogos. Mi amiga y yo valoramos de buen grado ese magnífico detalle.

Used to be a regular client but I decided to stop shopping here because of discriminatory behaviour/ Barcelona is a small town and the local customers know exactly going on- all the bags go to tourists (some of my friends who have been in Barcelona for a short time got a bag after a week of submitting a wish). Regular customers and friends who also used to shop there confirm the same experience- they don’t value local customers at all, it’s humiliating actually. Staff is instructed to tell you that they never have bags - it’s not true because on the same day I asked a friend of mine who shops occasionally in Barcelona got a bag. I made a wish and it expired twice (2 times 8 month wishes unanswered) meanwhile a friend of mine made a wish in June and 2 weeks later she got a mini kelly. TO THE HERMES BARCELONA MANAGERS: YOUR REGULAR CLIENTS KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND BELIEVE US THAT BAD WORD IS GOING AROUND ABOUT YOUR MALPRACTICES. P. S.i am only giving a second star review out of respect to the SAs that have been very kind and helpful in the past, whom I believe only do as they are told by management.
Estuve la semana pasada en la tienda Hermès Passeig de Gràcia y me atendió un dependiente asiático, del cual no recuerdo el nombre. Al consultarle por correas para el Apple Watch Hermès y al ver mi reloj (que es de la serie 6) me dice con tono displicente “pero eso ya está viejo, la marca ya no fabrica accesorios para esos modelos viejos”; sin siquiera explicarme que las correas de 45 mm de la serie 7 son perfectamente compatibles con la serie 6 y, por supuesto, sin ofrecerme opciones. Considero que este tipo de dependientes, haciendo comentarios innecesarios a los clientes hacen decaer enormemente el prestigio de una tienda cómo esta, de la cual soy cliente online y en la tienda de Santiago de Chile (mi ciudad de origen), me han atendido de maravilla las veces que he ido. Al menos en la venta de perfumes el dependiente me atendió bastante mejor, debo mencionar eso a favor de la experiencia de compra.
Good staff, welcoming and kind. Product availability is a bit limited, but that's to be expected with the high amount of customers that visit everyday
One hour wait, no staff available to help, the one that is there is really not kind and they don’t understand the product they’re selling. You ask one thing they bring you another. So bad for this luxury brand!
They won’t sell your dream bags to you unless you dress properly and buy something extra from which they could earn commissions.
Cheap experience. Bought a belt last Saturday afternoon, impossible to get someone speaking French, the person who helped us had a really poor English and was exchanging in Chinese with his colleague. Would definitely not recommend Hermes in Spain… only worth it in rue de Sèvres!
Tuve un problema con CUIR SEUL DE CEINTURE F 32 MM CHAMONIX/TOGO NOIR/ORANGE 9 y tras ser enviado a los artesanos en Paris recibí un atento email de Natalia comunicándome que cambiaban el producto o me hacían un vale de descuento. Simplemente genial trato al cliente.
Great experience at Hermes boutique. Ming served us and not only was he knowledgeable and warm, he constantly went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. I have been to several Hermes boutique and more than my fair share of luxury boutiques - this is one of my best experiences. Highlight of our holiday to Spain to learn about the brand and purchase a few pieces.
Lovely experience at the store and walked in without much expectations at first. Picked up a couple of items - scarf, baby items.store was enjoyable and it was pleasant shopping

Had a wonderful experience in here. Encounter with few of the Sales person. They were super nice. Even the doorman. So nice. Especially a lady thin and tall, brown hair. (I forgot to ask for her name.) she is not my SA but she is so friendly. Playing with my toddler even gifted her a H souvenir ️️️ thank you.
My SA were also nice. He try his best to offer me few pieces. End up getting one from him even They do not have the bags I was looking for.
Will visit the store again when I travel to BCN.

Visited this store looking for avalon home cushions they did not have it instore however they did have an alternative in the colour I was looking for and was happy to purchase the SA and manager were very pleasent not stuck up as I hear many stores can be very helpful re tax refunds.hope to visit this store again in the future.the atmosphere beats the london store for me.
I have been to quite a few Hermes boutiques around the world and honestly received the most amazing service from Edgar. He was super sweet and friendly. I will definitely look for him every time I come back to Barcelona!
