Nos ha encantado el hotel, excelente atención en recepción, el desayuno bueno
Lo único malo es que la piscina es muy pequeña

So why did I rate this hotel 3 stars when the average rating is 4+. It is good hotel with good staff but very poorly managed. When I checked in they made me wait for over an hour because the maids were still cleaning the rooms. They have no control on the situation. Furthermore they told me over the phone they have parking but they don't. So I was shocked when I arrived and found out that there is no parking. The reception staff told me to park across the street in a underground parking lot. I moved my car after 3 days and the garage wanted 153 euros for 3 days!
The breakfast was added to my room for the trouble I went through so thank you, but the croissants were horrible like the Burger King in US lol.

IHG group never let me down everywhere, if you looking for 3 to 4 stars hotel in the city center it's highly recommended nearby almost all Barcelona attraction places

Hotel con buena ubicación. La decoración de las habitaciones, única y moderna, con elementos arquitectónicos de la ciudad. El recuerdo que tengo de la habitación es que era bastante pequeña, apenas había espacio para mover la maleta por ciertas zonas.

We booked the hotel in July 2020, for 5-9oct 2020, and received confirmation via email. But guess what, when we arrived in front of the hotel it was CLOSED! We had to find another open hotel while standing with the luggages in the street.

Un lugar mágico en el centro de Barcelona, inspirado en la arquitectura y mosaicos de Gaudí, pero lo mejor sin duda es la amabilidad y el trato de todo el personal, su limpieza, las salas para convenciones, que ya son nuestra casa y su gastronomía. Totalmente recomendado. Gracias por tanta amabilidad y acompañamiento y muchas bendiciones.

For the price you cannot complain- hotel is spotless, service is great, bedrooms are lovely, food is tasty. Nice size swimming pool.

The front desk team (particularly Valentino) were amazing. We had an issue with an existing booking and Indigo booked us in last minute & upgraded our room. Amazing service and great facilities.

L'hôtel est propre et correcte mais sur 2 nuits nous n'avons pas pu dormir la 1ère nuit à cause de voisins ivres et bruyants, il a fallu descendre à la réception de l'hôtel à 4h du matin pour obtenir une intervention. L'hôtel a décliné toute responsabilité sans accorder aucune compensation. Si vous souhaitez dormir, choisissez un autre établissement.

It was a very stuffy room with no windows and a dark one. The staff was kind, but the room was poorly cleaned. I wore the same blanket for three days. The swimming pool was too small, unlike the picture. The location is not bad.

Street side cafe with central reservation terrace. Quite nice food but aimed more at tourists. Good choice of drinks too but on this visit stuck to beer

Maria at check-in was amazing! Could not ask for more friendly and professional service! This place is great! Must visit! The bar is legit:)

Rooms are large with free drinks and espresso, also my room (207) had a good view for a standard one.

Very well located. Breakfast is underwhelming, my room lacked a bathtub which I kind of expected for the price.

I like the location, safe area and an easy walk to the Aerobus to the airport. Hotel is clean, safe and like the large rooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend, after over 10 stays. Starting to show signs of needing a good repair in some rooms. Has it qurks.

Nice hotel, good location. Eat walking to restaurants and shops. Reasonably priced restaurant and room service. Great breakfast buffet. Nice pool and lounge area.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and speaks English. They allowed us to check into our room a few hours early, which was really nice. Great location near the metro and Plaza Catalunya.

Personale competente e gentile, camere servite all'occorrenza, in zona centrale e strategica, cucina da provare, ottima.

Excellent hotel with very good service and placement for right price! Friendly staff and clean rooms with free Wi-Fi. Nice breakfast, late night working bar in the hall and fast service.
