No te devuelven la fianza, no te ayudan en nada y alquilan apartamentos sucios y asquerosos.

Buena suerte recuperando tu depósito, escribiendo correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas durante meses y no responden ni les importa en absoluto. Un día llamo por teléfono y había una chica de la agencia preguntándome si el apartamento que acabo de dejar tenía aire acondicionado. Le preguntan al cliente qué hay dentro del apartamento. Si quieres un enfoque más profesional, vete a dormir con una galleta debajo de un puente.

Alquilamos durante dos meses un apartamento en Barcelona por airbnb y nos pidieron 1200 euros de fianza. Tienes que hacer el pago con tarjeta a la agencia que gestiona este alquiler. Al finalizar el período estipulado por el contrato para devolvernos la fianza y habiendo dejado el piso impecable (mucho mejor de lo que nos lo dejaron a nosotros, con restos de colillas, sartenes sucias, sofá quemado por cigarros y muchas más cosas) nos han dejado de contestar. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con airbnb y nos ha asegurado que es ilegal que pidan fianzas por fuera de la plataforma salvo que airbnb les haya autorizado, pero desde luego este no era el caso.

Tened cuidado y no alquiléis nada ni siquiera a través de una plataforma fiable a Stay Barcelona Apartments. Es un fraude. Si alguien más está interesado, poneros en contacto conmigo ya que estoy iniciando los trámites para interponer una demanda colectiva y tengo todo tipo de pruebas (contrato, recibos bancarios, mensajes e emails)

Muy Caro, para un servicio muy malo. No te dan toallas de más 1 por persona y arréglate, muebles del baño roto, ducha rota. La verdad no volvería

Lugar asombroso! María es una persona amable. El apartamento es un buen lugar para la playa y está a 15' de barcelona. Muchas gracias!

Estafadores! Cuidado!
Si realizas el chek in mas tarde de las 21: 00 te cobran suplemento, en negro, porque no te dan recibo en ningun momento.
El apartamento muy defectuoso (cortinas que no suben ni bajan, muebles que se caen a cachos, falta de fundas en almohadas y colchones.).
Le solicite una sabana el segundo dia porque mi hijo mancho la unica que nos dejaron y no obtuve respuesta.
Me deje prendas olvidadas, y aun sigo esperando la direccion de su supuesto almacen para recogerla.
Y lo peor llega cuando tienen que devolverte la fianza (mucho cuidado con sus condiciones, lean bien el papel de la fianza!). Despues de muchas llamadas, mensajes, enfados y discusiones.consegui que me devolvieran parte de la fianza. El resto se lo quedaron alegando que rompimos una silla (mentira). Pero no puedo demostrarlo ya que no saque fotos de todos los desperfectos del apartamento al llegar.
90 eu por una silla.sigo esperando la factura.

Terrible apartamento. El precio y la calidad no se corresponden. Violan los términos del contrato. El apartamento es viejo, los muebles también

Me alojé casi 2 semanas en un apartamento con ellos. El apartamento bien, pero la gestión bastante mediocre.
Tuve que pagar 50 euros extras Y en efectivo por llegar a la noche (estaba en las condiciones, pero jamás lo he visto en otro sitio) y no me quisieron dar el recibo en ese momento (tuve que ir hasta la oficina a por él). Como si fuera un pago en B, vaya.
También tuve que dejar un depósito de 303 euros. Encima, al devolver el depósito (si no has roto nada) ellos te cobran 3€ y te devuelven 300. Los 3€ restantes dicen que se los cobra su banco, pero yo jamás he tenido que pagar por devolver un depósito.
En general no contestan al Whatsapp o contestan varios días después.
No volveré a alojarme con ellos.

Do not book with this agency!
2 days before we wanted to move in, they told us that we could not move into the apartment. We were offered an alternative apartment, but it still had to be renovated and so we had to move 3 times in 2 weeks! The apartment was much smaller than the one we had originally booked, the location was poor anes and also the calls were useless. The deposit was still not transferred to us and we are waiting for this already for 2 months! Actually, it was said that we get this back after 30 working days. I am tired of this agency's excuses and not serious apologies. I feel deceived and fooled.

In one of the apartments we slept in the first few weeks the bed collapsed because it was rusty! 1 person just laid down in it and it collapsed - it was just worn out and the quality was bad. Now they want the money for a new bed - but we certainly will not pay a cent.

To date we have not received a decent and more importantly reasonable apology for all the trouble - but instead we are still being ripped off. I am just disappointed and speechless. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
Simply unserious - I would never book anything here again. So, stay away from this company!

Super noisy apartment, no basic necessities, mediocre host experience, no value for money. Stay away!

Us 4 were staying in "Sunny Maragall" apartment at Carrer de Teodor Llorente 1 for 7 days, managed by Stay Apartments Barcelona.

Windows are old and are letting the street noise inside like they are completely open. It was literally like sleeping on a bench outside because of the noise, in the entire apartment. The pillows are children sized, worn out, beddings were not made properly, one bed was uncomfortable, the queen size bed had a flooring damage.

The managers were not responsive on any of the phone numbers or emails for emergency we had on the day we were leaving. I called and smsed 2-3 times on all numbers. Namely, they are open after 12PM.

The owner/manager did not leave any kitchen necessities such as paper towels, sponge, garbage bags, complementary water and bathroom necessities such as toilet paper and more than 2 towels per person for a 7-day stay.

Bathroom toilet was leaking all around, even when I called the owner to fix it, they "intervened", caulked the drain, but they did not test, it was still leaking the same. Horrid, fecal stench was always present. Cleaning fee was 75EUR, we did not have any cleaning in 7 days, nor towels exchange, nor extra towels.

AC in the bigger bedroom was leaking, so we kept it off.

P. S. Everything host replied below is not true. The apartment may have been renovated, but windows are not double and they do not block 10% of street noise, which still is the basis of my complaint. We have complained 2 times, one was for the internet issue and the other was for the leaky toilet. Internet was fixed, the toilet was not. This is not how you do tourism business, and certainly not the way to treat displeased guests. Shame on you.

Hemos alquilado un apartamento con Stay Barcelona por 3 meses y nuestra experiencia ha sido buena. Si es cierto que a nuestra llegada, habían algunas cosas estropeadas en el apartamento; llamamos y comunicamos lo que pasaba y a los días vino un técnico a solucionar todos los desperfectos. No hemos tenido ningún problema, han sido amables y han cumplido con su parte.

Una semana esperando a hacer la visita a un piso que estaba a la venta. Dicen que esperan respuesta por parte de inquilinos para poder verlo. Pasada una semana siguen con la misma respuesta por falta de comunicación con los inquilinos. Tres veces me dan la misma contestación y de repente lo suben 5000€ de precio y al día siguiente me dicen que ya no está disponible. Su profesionalidad brilla por su ausencia.

Keep the deposit without real reasons (don’t want to make an inventory in order to say what they want).
The best choice you can make is to keep your money and go through a better agency.

Semester abroad as part of studies.
This agency don’t have any professionalism.
They live on recurrent scams.
They lie about the final experience here in comment.
They do not do an inventory to keep your deposit easily and without proof.
They overcharge the charges to fill their pockets.
