Stay Barcelona Apartments

Debido a la alarma sanitaria mi familia y yo estuvimos obligados a permanecer en Barcelona, desde el consulado de nuestro país en Argentina nos dieron el contacto de esta agencia. El departamento estaba limpio y prolijo, sobretodo su trato humano considerando la situación fue lo que más nos ayudó en estos momentos. Salud para todos.

Hemos tenido que cancelar por la situación actual del país, cancelación de todos los eventos y estado de alarma, y no solo nos han quitado la fianza sino que nos han cobrado un importe exagerado por la cancelación.
Nos dan largas tanto por teléfono como por correo y ya simplemente no responden.
Pondremos una queja y denunciaremos la sutuación por ésta mala gestión.
Esperamos recuperar el dinero que nos han cargado en la cuenta.

Do not rent from these people. Completely dishonest. They are now trying to charge us for painting the walls for every day wear and tear and are calling that damage. Such a scam. We left the apartment in The exact same shape as when we rented it. It was in good condition and they are not being honest about the damage.

Stay Barcelona Apartments is unreliable and shady. After my stay, they refused to give me back a big chunk of my deposit and eventually just quit responding. The reasons they came up with to not give back the deposit were absolutely absurd. They are untruthful and I would recommend not renting an apartment from this company.

This place is a scam. Do not rent from them. They will hold your deposit and claim you damaged the apartment but will give you no proof at all. And since you will be back home in America there is nothing you can do. They are dishonest.

I did not have a good experience with Barcelona stay. I would not recommend renting from them. They are not honest on what you are renting and they do have confirmation that I stayed with them.

Nos han tratado muy bien, apartamentos bien equipados y todos muy amables, las vacaciones han sido muy tranquilas, repetiremos con ellos si tenemos oportunidad

I would not recommend renting from this place. They charged us $325 for Wifi when the website we rented from cleary said Wifi was free. They also charged us a cleaning fee when we paid that upfront. They claimed the place was real dirty which was not true. They are not honest.

Do not rent from Stay Barcelona Apartments! They are dishonest and will try to scam you when you try to get your deposit back. Did not receive equivilant to 1,000$ USD back from this company due to them making up bogus reasons.

I am not sure what poor conditions to the wall you are referring to? We have asked multiple times for you to send us pictures of this so called "damage" but you have not done so and seem to be making this up. And as for the cleaning of the apartment, we left it in the exact same condition as it was when we arrived. I have pictures I took the day I left for proof that it looks as organized and clean as it was when we moved in. Despite the good conditions, we also paid 75$ to you for a cleaning service after we left so I am not sure how the apartment being clean is such an issue. It is really unfortunate of how dishonest this company has been and I hope you turn this around and return our money.

The location of our apartment on Carrer de Villarroel was perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s a short walk to everywhere of interest.
We stayed four nights and found the apartment reasonably comfortable but importantly clean.

I have stayed at Sagrada Familia apartment with a terrace. The apartment is well equipped, there is a big terrace which is a big advantage. The check in was smooth. Thanks

L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato all'arrivo nonostante mancasse qualche ora al check in e questo è stato molto apprezzato. Tutto nell'appartamento Terrace in via Rossello era funzionante, tranne la vasca da bagno dove l'idromassaggio era rotto e per questo i bambini sono stati delusi. La posizione e la terrazza con vista sulla Sagrada Familia però erano invidiabili! Anche i materassi erano buoni.

Its the most awful organization ever. We came to the holidays to Barcelona with my family. We have rent an apartment on the web site Stay Barcelona apartment and paid pre payment for this apartment in amount 228 euros. When we came to the apartment (at 12 ovklock at night) on the address that we have booke Carrer de Teodor Llorente 1, entresuelo 4, we were shocked as the building was on the reconstruction and from you apartment when open the window you see all the construction materials and they were on the window sill, you can’t even see the street. Of course stay Barcelona apartments didn't warned us that the building is under reconstruction, and on our arrival said that from their side everything is okey and they don't see any problem in this situation. Why is pregnant and her father is strong allergy on everything, we didn't want to go to the hospital after breathing all glue, dust etc, so we asked about some alternative. They said they don't had it. What’s more they said they will call the police if we will not pay for the apartment! Of course as normal people, who wants to get perfect service on vacations, we owed to find the hotel (at one o’clock at night). We asked to return our deposit 228 Euros, as the apartment doesn’t fit the one we had booked. But unfortunately the rent company Stay Barcelona Apartment refused to give our money back. Maria the owner of this company, even don’t want to talk to us! Never book the apartments from this company, as they are frauds.
