The waiting area puts you in serious danger of catching COVID from others who are waiting for a test. Reckless and irresponsible from a place that should first and foremost be looking out for your health, not putting you in a high risk cramped room with others coughing and sneezing. They should at least leave the doors open for ventilation and best to have patients who have a high likely hood of being COVID positive wait outside.
