Cooking Point opiniones
An excellent cooking class with a great host (Teresa). We learned how to make Sangria, prawns and garlic, Gazpacho, Crema Catalina, Chorizos in Cider, Tortilla de Patatas and more.
It was a fun lesson, food was great, and there was Sangria/Beer to drink throughout. Happy to recommend!
This was truly a 5 star experience. It was fun, interesting, and informative! The four hours flew by as we enjoyed every second of it. They also accomodated for our dietary needs seamlessly (no gluten or cross-contamination - celiac and vegetarian). We've been in Madrid for almost a year and it's one of our favorite things that we've done. I highly highly recommend this to everyone.
Amazing, wonderful experience! Theresa gave us one of our best days in Madrid. From shopping in the market to making san gria, gazpacho, and paella, she was just the best host that you can imagine. Thank you Theresa for a wonderful time!
The paella class taught by Eduardo far exceeded our expectations of a cooking class and easily became one of the main highlights of our trip to Spain. Eduardo took the class to the nearby market to purchase the ingredients we needed for class, and there he provided education, information, and background history on the Spanish markets and it’s ingredients. He made the class such an enriching experience. We took the paella class and we also learned to make Sangria and gazpacho from scratch. When people ask me about our trip to Spain, I always tell them about Eduardo’s cooking class and recommend they include it as a “must do” if they ever visit Madrid.
Absolutely brilliant day, starting with a short walk to the local markets before the fun kicked off learning the critical steps cooking a traditional Paella
It was an amazing experience, I will recommend it to my friends and next time I'm in Madrid I would do it again.its worth every penny.
Absolutely loved our experience taking a tapas cooking class with Angel! Our favorite experience in Spain yet! We made so many different types of tapas and it was the best meal we’ve had here. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience and to learn a bit about Spanish cooking techniques, history, and culture! Thank you Angel!
What a fantastic find!
The cooking class teaches you everything from what to buy at the market to how to alter recipes for dietary restrictions. It is owner operated, which is always a good feeling when spending money. The chef was very accommodating.
Tips: Plan on having the class as your meal. You all eat together after the class. If you're in a large group, contact the owner before booking, I am sure he can customize the lesson. I would plan on going back to the market after the class. There are excellent specialty shops, including a knife/scissor shop (cash only) and various non-perishable shops –perfect for bringing home goodies for friends.
Teresa was so much fun to shop and cook with. Went to the market first and then cooked an amazing paella with sangria and crema Catalan. She had great recommendations for restaurants as well. My kids enjoyed the class as well.
Fantastic experience start to finish. Would highly recommend. One of the most enjoyable cooking experiences I’ve done
A really enjoyable class!
Tapas made by you and shown to you by the expert!
Elisa was a great instructor and made the course extra enjoyable
