I spent a pleasure evening there. All was very good organised and the teacher was very nice, even if i'm not sur he was a real chef.
About receipts, for sur it is a beginner cours, don't aspect any real tips or demostration and the food is heavy with a lot of oil. The real purpose is to spend a good evening and not really to learn how to cook.
