Había hecho una reserva y cuando llegamos no tienen el coche reservado ni uno de la misma clase tal y como te advierten, me quieren dar otro de calidad inferior sin que el precio disminuya y cuando me quejo me dicen que tengo que tener número de vuelo (cuando estoy alquilando un vehículo en madrid y soy de madrid algo que es ilógico que necesite un número de vuelo y que en ningún momento en la reserva me lo solicitan) para poder retirar el coche que en aeropuerto de madrid barajas sólo pueden entregar los vehículos si les presentas un número de vuelo todo esto atendidos por el que supuestamente es el manager de esa oficina. Finalmente no nos quieren entregar ni tan si quiera el vehículo inferior o ningún otro porque dice que no tenemos número de vuelo. Trato malísimo al que hemos puesto una reclamación pero les ha dado igual

I provided all my details in advance for a fast check-in - and still had to wait 10 minutes for them to wash the car.

Instead of Mercedes V-Class they gave me Vito. Which is not luxurious at all.

I payed for Full tank to Full tank, and gave me the car with less than half tank, and asked me to return half tank. How can I calculate and return Half tank?

Me atendió Guillermo, y me ayudó con el coche adecuado para lo que necesitaba. El coche estaba muy equipado y limpio. Muy contento con la atención de los empleados al recogerlo y al dejarlo.

Enterprise Madrid Airport were very helpful last weekend when we arrived with too many bags/bikes to fit in our rental car for a World Championships Bike Race. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I can highly recommend them.

He alquilado varias veces con ellos, buena atención, rapidez en las entregas y devoluciones, coches en perfecto estado, altamente recomendables.

We had problems with our reservation and they refused to help. The Rivas location told us to call these guys at the airport who also refuse to help. Avoid enterprise in Spain!

Excelente atención de Isa y Guillermo, había gente esperando, incluso llamadas de reserva y ambos fueron rápidos y mientras uno gestionaba el alquiler, el otro hacia la entrega de los coches.

Horrible, we rented a different car, they kept trying to convince us to get another car & the next day it doesn’t work. We’re stuck about to miss our train & they aren’t answering after calling over 12 times, plus they over charged

Carlos Gil me atendió y no puedo estar más satisfecho. Un chaval majísimo y una experiencia que no había tenido anteriormente en ninguna otra compañía; en cuatro minutos estaba despachado, con vehículo a estrenar. Excelente. Bravo Carlos!

500 euros por reservar un coche 1 día y medio me parece que la aplicación online está tonta o el que planea estás posibles ventas se fumo algo!

Empleados encantadores, eso si. Nada que decir al respecto, mas que fueron realmente adorables.
Pero pienso que la empresa es un autentico desastre. Prueba de ello, no hay atencion al cliente. El link da error. Imposible al teléfono.
Asi que imposible pedir explicaciones de por qué alquilé un coche a las 16h y tuve que esperar hasta las 17h30 para tenerlo.

Como siempre, Enterprise Rent-A-Car de la T1 es una compañia dónde uno alquila un auto con mucha tranquilidad, el personal es fantástico, en épocas de Covid dan una seguridad absoluta de todo. Sin estress, sin complicaciones, te subes a un auto que hasta tiene "olor a nuevo" y disfrutas de tu estadía en este maravilloso Pais que es España.

Takeover and return of the car went quite quickly and without problems. Deposit is returned within 3 days.

We landed pretty late in Madrid airport and ended up in a different terminal than where we were supposed to pick up the car in search for a SIM card. Took a bit of time to get a car from the different terminal but they were beyond helpful and sorted it out for us. The return process was also super easy and we ended up seeing the same person who was at the other terminal check out. He was beyond nice. Fantastic customer service. One of the best car rental experiences. Highly recommend.

My second best car rental experience. Stuff were nice and friendly, the car was perfect.

Still, I'd suggest the company to inform all stuff members the difference between battery meter reader and fuel meter reader in the hybrid cars. An operator was almost convinced that I delivered the car with 3/4 fuel tank, and he was only looking to the battery meter, and then was saved by his/her college:).

Por cuestiones profesionales alquilo regularmente e insisto en que la agencia siempre lo haga con ellos. Impecable servicio e mejor trato. Marcan la diferencia con otras agencias.

Never ever rent a car from this rental company. The customer service is very poor. We rent a car from Santiago De Compostela and returned it in Madrid's airport, we took the car at 9: 02 and returned around 9: 20 but they charged me for an extra day which is not acceptable, I never see such a problem in any other rental companies. We tried to contact them to refund the extra charge but they were not giving us a propriate answer and never refund the extra charge!

Rente un carro por 2 semanas, cuando lo recogí tenia muchos raspones y se lo dije al empleado ya que no estaban apuntados en la hoja de daños
pero me dijo que no le diera importancia a eso ya que era imposible poner todo en el reporte.cuando lo regrese me cargaron 200 dolares en la tarjeta por daños en el carro tambien me cargaron 25 dolares por tramitar una supuesta multa de trafico que nunca recibí. Eviten usar esta compania! Son unos delincuentes!

The MOST DISHONEST car rental and staff i ever came across.
I live in Madrid and rented a car for 2 days. I returned the car on December 24th 6pm as mentioned in the contract. Since it was Christmas' eve nobody was there to check the car so i left the key in the box (as advised by the staff). The following day i got charged 113 euros extra 1.for returning the car on the 25th 2.for damaging the car. I had to argue with 3 different persons (besides the fact that i had all the proof) so they would not charge me an extra day. Regarding the damage, they sent me by email a picture of a broken window that was clearly not the car i rented.
Interesting enough when i rented to the car, Mareen mentioned if anything happened she would get a new kitchen for Christmas. If Enterprise is that dishonest with all their customers, she must be enjoying her kitchen!
