Me pase 3 min del tiempo de cortesía debido a unas obras en la terminal, que tras repostar en la gasolinera que está junto a la zona de devolución me hicieron salir hasta la m30.
Les dije que tenía incluso el ticket con la hora en la que estaba en la gasolinera y aún así me cobraron un día más. Y lo peor de todo es que al entregar el coche se me dice que no hay ningún problema por lo que lo dejé y no pude "disfrutar" de ese día de más que me cobraron, repito POR 3 MINUTOS.
No son ni los más baratos
Ni los que mejor servicio ofrecen.
A mí ni a mis allegados obviamente nos volverán a ver por ahí.

CAUTION! Danger of scams.

Alquilas el coche y al tiempo te cargan en tu tarjeta el cargo que se les ocurre alegando daños. He puesto una queja formal en el correo que te dan y no responden. Mirando los comentarios he visto que este es el modus operandis de esta banda de estafadores. Por supuesto ya están denunciados en la oficina del consumidor y Guardia Civil.

You rent a car and later on you are charged in your credit card an unspecified quantity of money claiming some damages. I have made a formal complaint in the email that the company provide you but they ignore you.
When I read all the comments, I saw that I haven't been the only one scammed so, this seems to be the modus operandi of this group of scammers. Needless to say, they have already been reported to the consumers' office and to the Police.

My reservation was for car that fit 5 passengers, the staff at Eurocar wanted to give lower grade car that fit only 4 passengers, I showed the my reservation that it is for car that fit 5 passengers, they said in rude way (listen listen we don’t care because you didn’t reserve your car directly from us and you should go and complain with Expedia where I rented my car) I told them if it’s mistake in Expedia that they shouod contact the company and fix it so it doesn’t happen to others, they said they don’t care! I would never rent my car again from Eurocar, before them I rented from budget right next to them and not just they honored my reservation, they also give me free upgrade.

Vacation with a rented car: Never again with Europcar!

Before the car pickup (reservation process) : We had booked an Audi A1 Sportsback for 8 days over the internet in Germany.

Car return: We returned the car at the airport where we got it two days earlier. They told us we get a refund of 154 €. The woman on the counter wrote it on our contract. She told us, that we could take the car and drive back to the city with it to station Atocha, because our hotel was there and we had paid for the rent of the car until 19 o'clock and we should return it in their city department. So we waited to get the car back, drove to the city, returned the car a second time and we were sent to their office to which we had to walk another 5 minutes. Everything was fine with the car.

There at the station Atocha we were welcomed with, we won't get a return and we might even have to pay more. There was nothing they could do about it. In the end we did not pay more than what we should have paid for 8 days but did only use the car for 6 days (they offered us to take the car back a 2nd time but we declined because this would have meant more trouble to us with the traffic and parking in the city). What we were told on the Hotline and at the station of Europcar on the airport at Terminal 1 was wrong and a mistake they said.

We were very ofc unsatisfied and not offered any type of compensation.

We received a car that was with multiple scratches and damages.
Upon return Europcar ascertained two minor damages - one was almost invisible scratch on the bumper and the other looked like residue of paint on the boot lid. The bumper scratch we claimed was old damage, but we did not have good pictures of this part of the car. If we had noticed the damages, probably we could have repaired.
Apart from this, Europcar charged us EUR 470 - more than twice the rent.
Unless I have no other option I would not use their services again.
If so, I would be really really persistent about describing all the scratches before taking the car, even if I have to spend half of the day doing so.

We were robbed after leaving the station because of the sticker at the back and were targeted by thieves who stuck a knife into our tyre, pretended to help us and stole our bag.
Their front end staff were helpful.
But their corporate were unsympathetic in refund processes and had the nerve to charge extra! I will refuse to give up until I get it back. Please take heed others, they're not worth it

Give our money back! Front end did not tell us we could have claimed our money back and had the nerve to charge more! Terrible.
