You Need to Know Bo! Let me start by saying there are about a dozen other Ford dealerships closer to my house I pass up to go to Akins Ford. I purchased a Mustang from Bo Sorrells in 2019 and because of the excellent service he provided I reached out to him to purchase an F-150 in February of 2021. Due to particular items, I wanted on the truck Bo worked with me to order the vehicle. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Bo or Akins Ford the wait for the truck was an extended period. However, the entire time I felt informed and completely up to date with my order. Once I did Purchase My F-150 I was treated with first class service and was extremely satisfied with the purchasing experience. I told Bo I would show up at a particular time in the morning and he met me at the door, got me financing, and in my truck in record time. It was amazing. On the way home I noticed a small noise that was not serious, but did not seem right. Bo jumped through hoops to make sure the Truck was in the shop and fixed right away. I am extremely satisfied with the Truck and you cannot beat the deals you find at Akins Ford. Take the Drive down to Winder Georgia and look for Bo Sorrells.

Have purchased two Ford trucks from them and won't be using anyone else. They have the most options and best deals around. The service team is the best Ford service team around and the fact that they have Wild Willies next door so I can have upgrades done there in conjunction with getting an oil change is unbeatable. We LOVE Akins Ford!

I was very impressed with the way they greeted you when you arrived. Got you taken care of with what service needed to be done and out of there. But when I went to pick my vehicle up no one greeted me to tell me about what was done with my vehicle and if I had any questions to give him a call. I paid and left.

We bought my vehicle here a couple of years ago & have had regular maintenance servicing done many times. The service department is well-run and a pleasure to work with. This time, in addition to regular service I had new wheels & tires put on while we were out of town. The guys at Wild Willies and the team at the service department worked together to coordinate all of this and went above and beyond for me by getting my vehicle driven back home for some additional custom work being done. These guys do everything they can to help their customers and my vehicle looks amazing!

Usual oil change with all the attendant checks Akins does; along with tire rotation. Was done within a few hours.

Akins Body Shop did a wonderful job on the repairs after the accident. They helped with the insurance claims and did finished the work quickly. And best of all, it looks great.

We recently purchased our Atlas from Akins for and this was by far the best car buying experience. We found the car on line I was contacted the next day, felt like I hounded our sales rep non step even though he says I didn't. We walked in on a Friday afternoon we were there for about an hour and we were on our way. Polite professional and a family feeling in the building. They did a great job on the tint and leveling kit. They finished on time and dropped my vehicle off at my job which was super convenient. Can’t wait to put new tires on with them.
