I purchased my 2017 F-250 Super Duty from Akins Ford and have used their automotive department exclusively for service.

Akins is top shelf. I’ve been dealing with Akins four years now. Have purchased two F150 King Ranch. Everyone is professional and friendly. Service is above excellent. Waiting area is extra large. Wifi provided. Some computers. Many ports to plug in electrical for charging. FREE name brand coffee. WILD WILLIES which is part of AKINS has professionally handled my suspension lifts, tires, wheels, etc. Excellent dealership. I have met the owner, Mr Brad Akins. He is a very professional and friendly person. I highly recommend AKINS FORD DEALERSHIP. Dewey Brown

I am always been warned about taking my car to a dealer for repairs and maintenance. I must say that Akin's Ford is not your usual dealership. They are honest, very reasonably priced for the repairs and get things done quickly and thoroughly. They also have a nice comfortable waiting area that makes the customer comfortable, with free wi-fi and even some PC's to use. They have a quiet area for kids to play that protects the other customers from the noise. They explain everything they did to the car and will let you know if other problems exist and the cost for the repairs if there are any. I will continue to use them for my routine maintenance and for other repairs for my car.

Recall on air bag passenger side. Whole unit replaced as it was built like a hand grenade. When it was activated in a crash the gun powder exploded and fragments of metal flew out at the passenger and driver with great force. Enough force to kill or harm.

Was scheduled for a recall at 8 AM on 11/24 and asked to leave it for the day. Was to be done that day. I had to call at about 5: 30 PM only to be told it was not worked on? Left the car overnight and they finally finished it about noon on the 25th. Happy with the work but not the communication.

Según mi experiencia puedo decir que es uno de los mejores talleres que he estado, sobre todo por la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal. Te sientes bien tratado, sientes que en ningún momento se aprovechan de ti, sientes la profesionalidad y la educación. Las dos veces que he ido ha sido hacer cambio de ruedas de una forma rápida sin tener ningún tipo de problemas. Les preguntas que cuando puedes ir, dejar el coche y no t vayas muy lejos que hacen su trabajo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.

Fantástica atención tanto telefónicamente cuando llamé para obtener información sobre un servicio como en la atención directa.

The discounted price advertised on Akin’s website is the price you get. The actual window sticker is also available to view. They gave me a generous trade in allowance based on current value. No worthless dealer installed options are added. Absolutely no pressure from the finance guy to add extended warranty and etc. Delivery was quick and simple. They actually delivered the vehicle to my home to accommodate my circumstances.

Fast service. Reasonable charges. Comfortable waiting area. Wish they ran it through a car wash like other dealers when getting service but great place for service overall! Would definitely recommend!

We mentioned that the AC needed to be looked at and that the Escape needed to stay overnight. We left it and when we picked it up the only thing done on the Escape was the oil change. The AC still does not work.
