Gourmet Madrid Tours

This was literally one of the highlights of our trip. What a great way to spend an evening! Our guide was fantastic, stopping every now and then to give us a brief description, background, and history of local establishments. He took us to out-of-the-way places that we would never have known to visit, places the locals frequented, and hidden gems of historical significance. The food and wines he selected for us were plentiful and delicious, the tavern owners ready and waiting for our large group, and the food steaming hot. It was such an enjoyable and informative night! Can't recommend this enough if you want to really revel in the culture of Madrid! Fabulous evening experience!

We had already gone on a couple of tapas tastings/tours and went on one more in Sevilla. This one was by far our favorite! We liked that the places we visited were each a little different (modern, traditional). Plus, the tapas were all quite different and delicious! Our guide was quite knowledgeable and made the entire experience fun! I made sure to leave a review on Trip Advisor too! Thanks!

Very good tour. Carlos our tour guide was brilliant. 12 lovely people on the tour and we went to 4 different tapas bars. The tapas were lovely and there was plenty to eat. We also got a choice of wine in each bar. Carlos explained the background to the food and wine. It was also like a mini walking tour and Carlos was a very informative guide. I would definitely recommend this tour as a great way to spend an evening in Madrid.

We had a wonderful wine tasting on a recent visit to Madrid. Our sommelier Enrique was very knowledge and passionate about Spanish wines - we look forward to taking what we learned and enjoying Spanish wines for years to come.

Having walked around many areas of Madrid and getting to know the ins and outs of the city, I was surprised when Carlos, our tour guide, led us to a few gems that I frequently passed and would not have walked in on my own. What a nice experience getting to know the local spots with a local person. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful experience. This is a wonderful taste of Madrid tour. You get more than your money’s worth of tasting, and the wine’s Carlos chose paired perfectly. It was one of our favorite things our group did in Spain.
