I stayed in Madrid for one Semester and had a great time in the apartment. The location was great, central and very safe, and Jessica did an amzing job as flat manager. She was professional, approachable and reachable whenever we had a question. I've recommended helphousing to friends and will definitely continue to do that in the future. Thanks to Jessica and the team for making my stay so comfortable and easy!

Jessica was great! She provided excellent service and was always aware of what was going on! I really recommend HelpHousing if you're coming to Madrid for a short stay. If you want to move somewhere else after signing your contract for a longer period, they give you your deposit back which is amazing! Very reliable and trustworthy

Wonderful service, the apartments are outstanding for short and medium length stay, easy & hustle free admin. I spent 6 month with help housing in Madrid. Overall my stay there was good. This was only due the great job of my flat manager Kathy. Although, we had several problems within the flat, Kathy always responded really quick, was always eager to help, friendly and professional. Again, thanks so much for your dedicated work and help!

I rented with help housing from January to July. It was clean, organized and well accommodating. My flat manager Kathy was always ready to help and was efficient with dealing with any problems we had. She helped me a lot at the start while settling in. I would highly recommend renting with help housing

I spend my Erasmus semester in Madrid, and my flat was from help housing!
I was really satisfied about the flat and my room. It was exactly like the photos. My flat manager, Kathy was the most understanding flat manager. She really helped me when I needed things, and very fast.
I have only some complaints only for the agency, because they weren’t fair with our flat in general, but not with my manager and flat

I spent 10 months in Madrid with Help Housing and my experience on the whole was a positive one. My flat manager, Kathy, was very professional, responsive and friendly throughout, setting up a group WhatsApp for our apartment and helping us with any issues that arose. The only issue we had was a problem with our boiler that wasn’t fixed the whole time I stayed in the apartment, but this didn’t hinder my experience at all. Overall, I would recommend Help Housing and Kathy as a flat manager.

J’ai passé 5 mois à Madrid dans le cadre de mon échange universitaire. Pour cette expérience, j’ai choisi de loger dans un appartement de Help Housing avec une chambre qui a été conforme aux photos postées sur le site, rangée et nettoyée à mon arrivée et avec une adorable flat manager (hello Catherina alias Kathy!) qui a toujours su nous aider lorsque nous rencontrions des problèmes (voisinage, problèmes avec des équipements…) Cependant, je retire tout de même une étoile pour ma déception d’avoir dû commencer cette expérience-là dans un premier appartement où j’ai été logée temporairement pour cause de covid, et dans lequel l’ambiance était froide (certainement dû au manque d’échange social avec les colocataires mais également vis-à-vis de l’environnement (appartement/décor, voisinage bruyant, chambre peu lumineuse…) et une déception de ne pas avoir reçu un geste commercial de la part de l’agence pour tous les frais que cette situation d’urgence faite à l’improviste a engendrés.

I spent 5 months in Madrid as part of my Erasmus. For this experience, I chose to stay in a Help Housing apartment with a room that exactly looked like to the photos posted on their site, stored and cleaned on my arrival and with an adorable flat manager (hello Catherina alias Kathy!) who has always been able to help us when we had problems (neighbourhood, problems with equipment.) However, I still remove a star due to my disappointment that I had to start this experience in a first apartment where I was temporarily accommodated because of covid, and in which the atmosphere was cold (certainly due to the lack of social exchange with the flatmates but also to the environment (apartment/decoration, noisy neighbourhood, light room.) and a disappointment not to have received a commercial gesture from the agency for all the costs that this emergency situation made unexpectedly caused.

Im 24 years old, teaching English, and needed a new place to stay in Madrid without knowing many people- I found a super nice room in la Latina through help housing and met six incredible gals/roommates along with it! Our contact at the agency, Caterina, was always attentive, understanding of our needs, and patient with us. She always responded to our concerns within a few hours and whenever we had an issue it was almost always repaired within a few days. The cleaning services were reliable and efficient. If you’re young and looking for a well kept living space/new friends along with it, I highly suggest going through help housing!

Estuve alojado en varios de sus pisos en Madrid por mas de 8 meses y jamás tuve un problema. El trato siempre fue muy cordial y cada habitación en la que estuve era lo que prometía según las fotos.
Buena agencia para nuevos inquilinos según precio/ calidad.

Nice manager and experience. But the flat wasn't really made for so many people and had many problems

I rented a long-term stay with Helphousing. It is was a good option for me as I moved during Corona pandemics and had to book the accomodation online without the possibility to see the flat in person. The rooms and the flat are the same as on the picture. What I appreciated a lot was that it was possible to register at the city hall (empadronamiento) with this kind of a contract which I needed for my job and health card. This is not always the case in Spain. Therefore I could recommend this agency as an option for young workers who need to relocate between countries and have a full time job in Spain. The disadvantage is that you live with many people in the flat, mostly students, but that is on everyone's decision. The flat manager was Katharina, she was very quickly responsive to all my questions before and during the stay, always tried what she could to help and support. I can recommend her out of the other flat managers.

Location of the apartment is right in the city center in Sol. Very kind and comunicative host Olga. I was able to move in, in an hour since I contacted her. Roomates are so kind and amazing, and the entire apartment is very spacious and very clean! It is the best option for students, and anyone else, who wants to be in city center for good price and quality!:)

Estuve con HelpHousing los últimos 9 meses y gracias a mi flatmanager Olga he tenido una experiencia muy buena. Siempre estaba muy contenta porque me atendió rápidamente y me ayudó con cualquier problema acerca del alojamiento y también con preguntas burocráticas para poder realizar mi estancia en Madrid. Si volviera, me quedaría justo en el mismo piso!

Very good and trustable company. They respond on the same day to my duties. Good rooms for a good price.

In particular, Olga helped me with the booking process. Very kind, professional and responding fast. She was always sending the options they have and great person to communicate with.

Recommended for sure!
