Bad bad bad bad and bad.
That’s what we can say! Terrible, horrible sales team, unwilling to help, zero bag available to sell from this shop to the foreigners, all kept for local residents and their regular customers. What kind of shop of this, very very bad image for Hermes, shame on them.

They are cleary short staffed. I was there for 15mins and no one was available. The other 3 sales person I saw had customers each and they didnt even have the courtesy to at least acknowledge your presence. In a luxury store you don’t just buy the physical goods but also the experience. This store is so poorly managed. It’s a turn off. When I approached one of the staff, her words were “I can’t serve, my colleague will come”.
Can’t serve? She was rushing off for her siesta?
I rather go to Italy and not spend a dime in this store.

Rubén CUENCA and AiCha Larhrissi are the best Hermes Sale Associates I have ever met. They got my first ever special bag. My dream bag. Ruben was so patient. He follows up with all my emails very fast. He helped my husband pick out every single outfit. He truely cares about what I need, and all he wants is to make me happy with every single purchase to the small details such as color, leather, size from clothing to Jewelries to bags. The attention is beyond. AiCha is always so attentive asking back and forth what we need. They make it so friendly, open, and honest. I also got my first ever piece of Hermes Jewelries with them. They even go extra length to show me about the tax refund. I have never been treated with such respect. I love the entire team of a Hermes in Madrid. If you ever get a chance to swing by this store, ask for them. They will never dissappoint you!

UNPROFESSIONAL！！！Such a terrible experience. When I came in, no greetings and some clerks are talking with other ，just ignored you. Then I asked for help, a saleswoman came and.her action.very terrible, you know. I really want to complain her. I don’t what’s her problem. She left me alone and I asked for help again. Anyway I get what I want. But she screwed up my day. Unprofessional!
有种花钱给自己添堵的感觉。很不幸遇到了不专业的外国女店员。出于尊重不想过多描述她。虽然她并不懂得尊重顾客，不专业，毁了别人的好心情。没有购物体验可言。祝她开心，呵呵哒。

La dependienta estaba un poco perdida en cuanto a qué era de temporada y lo que no y qué tenían disponible y qué se había agotado. Para una tienda de lujo, me sentí un poco incómoda. Al final preferí hacer la compra por internet
