Hotel NH Collection Madrid Palacio de Tepa

Estuve el sábado pasado por lo del TAPA TOUR y nos atendió una chica de pelo rubio una chica muy maja la tapa estaba buena y el hotel bonito aquí también me dejaron cambiar la cerveza por refresco y no nos pusieron ni aceitunas ni frutos secos como en el westin palace pero lo demás todo maravilloso

The hotel was great! The drinks Adrian made for us at the bar was even better. Highly recommend.

We stayed for four nights here. The breakfast was over priced given the number of options nearby. The room was amazing and had a view over the square. It was easy to walk both to the royal palace area and the museums around the Prada. There were lots of options nearby for dining both immediately outside the hotel or a few blocks away. The staff were helpful in answering questions and providing recommendations.

Segunda vez que me alojo en este maravilloso hotel. Desde que llegas hasta que te vas, el trato inmejorable. Las habitaciones son maravillosas, la cama increible. La atención del personal, fabulosa. El bufet de desayuno, simplemente espectacular en cantidad, variedad y calidad.

Excelente hotel, se siente la calidad de un NH collection 5 estrellas. Todo el personal fue sumamente amable y atento (especialmente en la recepción), la limpieza de la habitación fue impecable, el bufete muy rico con platos hechos al momento. Quedamos muy contentos, no tenemos ninguna queja

Très bien mais les détails sont à revoir. Interrupteur à changer. Système ouverture volet incroyablement compliqué. Petit déjeuner absolument pas à la hauteur de l'adresse.

Una estancia excelente en un hotel boutique con un encanto especial. Personal muy atento y servicio excepcional. Muchos detalles que convierten la estancia en una experiencia más allá del simple alojamiento. Totalmente recomendable.

My husband and I stayed here in FEB. The location in the city was great, very walkable and in the center. The staff was very courteous and professional throughout our entire stay. No complaints at all.

Breakfast was about $24 euro a person, and had a selection of food/drink, but was not worth the price.

Our room was clean & great, but it was very hot (even when we adjusted the temperature) so be aware of that, and that it can be pretty noisy given it’s central location.

Overall, great stay.

Trato exquisito por parte de todo el personal, muy amables, siempre una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Es una maravilla alojarse en este hotel, las habitaciones y el desayuno riquísimo. Sin duda repetiremos.

It’s not even closed to a five-star level hotel. Front desk assistant gave us mistaken confirmation letter and laughed after realizing that; front desk manager (looks like) Lucas is very aggressive and rude. He did not have too much patience and politeness that you would expect a receptionist is supposed to have. He did not give us any information about the hotel amenities/restaurant etc. The room decorations/amenity is very very old. And the clean lady used the key directly coming in.

Excellent option for a stay in Madrid, the hotel is centric in an area full of bars and restaurants, the plaza Santa Anna is always fullnof people and a great place for a coffee or beer. The hotel breakfast has a great selection for everyone's tastes. Also, this hotel is part of the Amex collection and they have additional perks if you book there.

The hotel is fantastic, the location is perfect, breakfast fresh and delicious, the staff il offers an outstanding service and they are very professional. I will be back again for sure

This was a great experience. The hotel is central and walking distance to so many things in Madrid. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with check in and keeping our needs met at every turn. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Hotel - fabulous room and super friendly and efficient staff. Warm welcome with cool drink was much needed after our airport pickup went wrong! The most amazing room and comfortable huge bed! Breakfast was outstanding and lovely smiling faces helping and making you feel very special. Concierge was also great. We loved this hotel and so glad we were spending dung 3 nights here right in the centre. Decor and comfort superb.
